Amount

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in soft / loose of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Boring holes 3m deep and 300 mm dia of pile in soil for Single under reamed piles and getting out and disposal of soil to a distance of n.exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete, 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick in each layer as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance exc. 50 m but not exc. 250m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete, 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete M-25 Design Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including rafts, footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete M-25 Design Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete M-25 Design Mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, coping, lintels over 1.5 m sapn and like complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footing, bases of columns, raft & raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar works; in rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions in rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc. also splayes between floors and beams in rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonry or on one side of lathing surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in leveling course, roof padding, coping and similar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of New or previously un-treated steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered or previously untreated walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of external walls of any description by washing, rubbing down and applying two coat weather coat of paint over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing mortar from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15-17 mm thick machine cut pre-polished granite stone slab as in skirting / dado, laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of the slab over and including 10 mm thick on backing coat in CM 1:4 complete ,including necessary cutting, grinding, rubbing, polishing rounding to exposed edges complete all as specified and directed.
