Design, fabrication, assembly, wiring and supply of front operated cubicle type compartmentalized , rear access free standing, dust and vermin proof (IP 42 ingress protection) main switchboard suitable for use at 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hertz system suitable for a symmetrical fault level of 35 KA at 415 volts, fabricated from 2 mm thick CRCA MS sheet with hinged, gasketted and lockable doors having structural reinforcement with suitable angle/ channel/ T/ flat section including 3 mm thick gland plates on top and bottom and including lifting hooks and including GI earth strip of required size with 2 no’s earthing terminals and including power coated paint finish of approved shade over metal surface complete with interconnections etc as per specification, as required and below. FRONT OPERATED PANEL Design, manufacture, supplying fixing in position of the following front operated cubicle type, front access, dead back, 2mm thick steel enclosed free standing, dust and vermin proof, switchboard with IP 42 protection with hinged and lockable doors complete with interconnections, tinned Alumn. crimping lugs, bonding to earth and painting suitable for use at 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hertz system. All switchboards shall be modular type and have provision for entry of cable from the top/bottom as required. The cost shall include providing and fixing of 50x50x6 mm channels for switchboard support, All live accessible parts shall be shrouded and all equipment shall be finger touch proof. The Bus bars insulation shall be with heat shrinkable sleeves. SNC/DMC shrouds and bus bar supports shall be used. All MCCB shall have phase barriers, rotary handles and extension terminal as required. MBD PANEL INCOMER 1 no 400 Amps FP MCCB (35/36 KA) METERING & INDICATION 1 set of R.Y.B phase indicating lamps 1 No (0-500 V) Voltmeter with Built-in VSS with 3 nos 6A sp MCB. 1 No (0-500A) Ammeter with 3 nos 500/5A CT's. BUS BAR 1 set of 500A TPN Aluminum Bus Bar with color coded PVC Sleeves. OUT GOING: 63 Amp TPN MCCB having breaking capacity- 16 KA with Rotary Handle operating Mechanism= 2 No 250 Amp TPN MCCB having breaking capacity- 35/36 KA with Rotary Handle operating Mechanism= 1 No Supplying, Receiving, fixing, testing & commissioning of MDB as described above ( Seimens/L&T(D sine series)/Legrand/Schneider/Hager make of MCCB/MCB) (ALL MCCB's must have Icu=Icw)

Supply, Testing and commissioning of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE cable of 1.1 KV grade of 240 sq. mm 3.5 core from main Substation up to Control Room MRI (Havells/polycab/gloster/KEI make).

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 240 sq. mm 3.5 core size on wall surface/ iron hangers/under truss as required (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for 240 sq. mm 3.5 core size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Providing and earthing with copper plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. (with charcoaland salt ) as required at site .

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing, laying, testing, connecting and commissioning of various sizes of copper cable single core (Multistrand )PVC insulated unarmored for connecting of 250 amps MCCB, UPS Input/output power supply, 160 amps MCCB of MRI Machine and 63 amps MCCB of chiller and also Earthing leads for equipments. Complete with P/F of Copper Thimbling, Crimping, Tapping etc. complete as requirement at site. (Havells/polycab/gloster/KEI make).

Providing fixing of copper strip 50x5 mm x 2feet long with 6 no holes and P/F of nuts, bolts & washers 25mmx10 mmx12 nos to be fitted on angle iron stand size 40x40x4 mmx2 feet long= 2 nos at the height of 1.5 feet from surface ground complete with cement bottoming etc. for 6 nos of earthing connection.

Supplying and fixing of 50 mm sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.

Providing and fixing of Four pole MCCB 400 amps rating andbreaking capacity 50 KA to be fixed in existing cubical panel board including drilling ,holes, nuts , bolts complete as per site requirement at site.( Legrand/Hager/Schiender NSX/ Siemens (3VL)/ L&T D sine series make )

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet,suitable size M.S. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required .

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit along with 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required For 4 points.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 200 mm x 150 mm x 75 mm deep size on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including painting etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following piano type switch/ socket on the above mentioned switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required. A) 6 pin 15/16 AMP socket outlet (Havells/Reo/ SSK make)

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the 2.5 sq mm sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as Required 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire.(Havells/polycab/KEI mmake).

P/F of Led 2 feet long batten 6000/6500k Light having extruded aluminum heat sink with anti-glare diffuser with energy efficient electronic driver CRI greater than 80 with minimum system lumens 1000 and maximum wattage 12 including connection with multistrand copper conductor 3 core cable etc as required at site.( Philip's/ Havel's/Wipro/zumtobel/trilux make )

P/F of exhaust fan 12” copper wound heavy duty ( Havell’s/ Crompton/Bajaj make)

Making of holes for installing of exhaust fans 12” and P/F of wooden frames of various sizes. Complete with civil work in all respects

Supplying and fixing 6 way, double door single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB)

Supplying and fixing MCB, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.(Legrand /schneider Acti-9/seimens make)

Single pole 5 to 32 amps.

Double pole 32 amps.

P/F of Ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep copper wound heavy duty with iron hook ( Havell’s/ Crompton/Bajaj make).

P/F of Fan regulator stepped type100 W one way for ceiling fan ( Havell’s Reo/SSK)
