Demolition of reinforced brickwork as in RCC tank over roof slab, etc. in cement mortar or cement concrete (reinforce-ment cut as required to facilitate demolition) etc, including removal of debris outside the MD land and steel scrap taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and removing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500Ltr Capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and re-fixed in position with new fittings if required complete all as specified and as directed..

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in water tank base on roof ,mud stops ,coving ,rounded or chamfered edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 25mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compond as in over head tank slab including use of necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofig compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 with water proofing compound on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofig compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for Providing Roof Treatment with APP modified water proofing membrane with the following specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Removing existing roof/ chajjas treatment of any type like plastic felt/ HP tiles of any description including taking down existing plastering/ concrete of any thickness and cleaning the top surface of RCC slab with wire brush including removal of debris to a distance exc 50m but n exc 100m

Brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm on cleaned RCC slab surfaces and rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Preparation of plastered surfaces by removing dust, dirt & applying oil bound bituminous primer at 0.2kg per Sqm & providing APP modified water proofing membrane weight not less than 4kg/Sqm reinforced with non oven polyester mat weight not less than 160gms per Sqm including min 10cm side/over lap & including applying a coat of blown hot bitumen grade 85/25 over membrane at 1.2kg per Sqm & on drying apply a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint at 0.1kg/sqm.

Supply and fix High density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes 20mm bore of pressure rating 6 kgf/sq. cm including all connected fittings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix High density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes 15 mm bore of pressure rating 6 kgf/sq. cm including all connected fittings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene (HDPE) water storage tanks, 'ISI' marked, cylindrical, vertical with closed top conforming to IS 12701-1989 having double lyered wall construction with manhole lid and suitable locking arrangement including making holes for inlet, outlet and over flow pipes, hoisted and fixed in position including testing complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix in repairs 20mm dia ball brass valves high pressure with pollythene foat and fly nut screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 20mm bore gun metal gate valve heavy duty ISI marked with iron wheel head screwed both ends to iron pipes and fixed complete all as specified and as directed . Make : Kirloskar/Leader
