Providing comprehensive annual maintenance periodical/preventive maintenance including annual maintenance of cooling appliances ( Split type Air Conditioners, Water coolers, Refrigerators and Deep Freezers) as per manufacturer specification by providing one AC/Refrigeration mechanic including replacement of components as listed in subsequent items here in after. The maintenance of cooling appliances includes the following:- (a) Cleaning of coil unit with dust blower, lubricate the indoor and outdoor fan motor with oil. (b) Cleaning of air filters, indoor unit grillSupply and fixingilters through air blower. (c) Checking and cleaning the drain connection and air filter periodically, washing of coil with ventiklean solution once in a contract period. (d) Check and replace the refrigerant pipe once in a contract period or as and when required. (e) Check and repair the minor electrical fault in incoming supply. (f) Check and replace the water PVC pipe. (g) Replacement of faulty spares/components (h) Carry out the monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance of all cooling appliances of any make & capacity with job card and making the Cooling Appliances functional (Each Job contains 3 Complaints)

Sub main wiring in replacement with two run single core 4 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade and one run of 4 sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit 25 mm dia/PVC casing capping 25 mm including conduit accessories all as specified and directed. Note: Three runs of 4 Sqmm cable and one run of 25mmconduit / casing capping will be measured as one unit length.

Sub main wiring with two run single core 6 sqmm multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade and one run of 6 sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit 32 mm dia/PVC casing capping 25 mm including conduit accessories all as specified and directed. Material and labour for Painting the DB Boxes as required at site after scraping out completely the old paint with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including carrying out minor welding works if required as directed by the Engineer in charge NOTE:Colour of paint shall be decided by the Engineer-in-charge.

Writing letters (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) with thick paint ,stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks, or by Stickering , upto 10 cm height and painting with contrasting colour in the background of letter complete as directed. NOTE:Colour of paint/ Stickering shall be decided by the Engg-in-charge.

Demolition, Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded aggregate for making good the disturbed road surface after laying of pipe line over returned filled and compacted earth surface to match with existing road level complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling taking out of unserviceable geyser of any capacity/make/model, transporting to the workshop for complete over-hauling, testing of copper container, rectifying the defects including replacement of glass wool/insulating material of existing quality and returning to the site at INS Parundu, refixing and connecting up with the water connection and testing including replacement of following parts :- Note :- Replacement of spares will be measured and paid for separately under respective items of the schedule here-in-after as supply only.
