Recycling pavement by cold milling of existing bituminous layers, Using by Bituminous Concrete (Grading-II) using bitumen VG-30 content is 5.4% bitumen weight of mix. For reclaimed material, fresh bitumen will be required to the extent of 60% of normal requirement., planning the surface after cold milling, reclaiming excavated material to the extent of 30% of the required quantity, hauling and stock piling the reclaimed material near the central recycling plant after carrying out necessary checks and evaluation, adding fresh material including rejuvenators as required, mixing in a hot mix plant, transporting and laying at site and compacting to the required grade, level and thickness, all as MoRT&H specified in clause 519.

Providing and laying bitumen mastic wearing course (as per specifications) with industrial bitumen of grade 85/25 conforming to IS : 702, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of approved size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, including cleaning the surface, removal of debris etc. all complete. (Considering bitumen using 10.2% as per MORTH specification). DSR 16.37.2

P/L of hot applied thermoplastic compund 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass leads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied Glass beads as per IRC:35-2015 The finished surface to be level,uniform and free streaks and holes.S.I N0- 22.2 SOR 2022

Reflective Raised Pavement Markers ( Cat Eye / Road Stud) Supply and fixing of raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of RPM Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA ( Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite or HIPS ( High - Imoact Polystyrene ) or Acrylonitrite Butadien Styrene ( ABS ) Suggestivor Any other suitable material approved by the Engineer . The Marker shall 8 support a load of 13,635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 . The Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses contatning single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entring the lens face . Lenses shall be mouled of methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788 of equivalent . The slop or retro - reflecting surface shall preferably be 35 +/- 5 degree to base and the area of each retro -reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.00 sq.cm. the marker height shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm & amp ; Width shall not exceed 130 mm . The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legibly marked with the name , trade or other means of identification of the manufacture , epoxy installations , excess adhesive around the edge of the marker , excess adhesive on the pavement and adhesive on the exposed surfaces of the markers shall be moved . The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for field performance including stipulated retro - reflectance of the ang panel to the Engineer . In addition , a two year warranty for satisfactory infield performance of the finished road marker shall also be given by the contractor who carries out the work of fixing of reflective road markers . In case the markers are displaced , damaged , get worn out or lose their reflectivity compared to stipulated standards , the contractor would be required to replace all such markers within 15 days of the intimation from the Engineer , at his own cost . The rate shall include all materials , labour , T & amp ; P , transportation , installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge S.I N0- 22.5 SOR 2022

Solar Power road marker (Solar Studs) The solar studs shall be made of Aluminium alloy and poly (8.35) _ carbonate material which shall be absolutely weather resistant and Suggestiv strong enough to support a load of 13,635 kg tested in accordance e with ASTM D4280. Its colour may be white , red , yellow, green or blue or combination as directed by the Engineer Its water resistance shall meet the requirements of IP 65 in accordance with IS:12063:1987 category 2 for protection against water ingress.The dimensions of solar studs shall not be less than 100 mm X 100 mm X 10 mm . It shall have super bright LEDs so as to provide long visibility from a distance of more than 800 m. Its flashing rate shall not be less than 1 Hz . Its should be able to give the prescribed performance in the temperrature range of - 400C to +550C. Its life shall be not less than 3 Years. The rate shall include all materials, labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation, erection, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in­Charge SOR 2022

RCC work with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in slab wall etc excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWG G.I.binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and supply of all materials, labour and tool & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire.
