Servicing / Maintenance of passenger lifts G+6 - 04 Nos of 13 passenger having capacity 884 Kg (Make- Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Private Limited) installed in bldg No P-227 to P-230 at G pocket by topping up oil in gear box and greasing all required parts i.e. sliding parts, railing etc, cleaning of car top and lift pit, electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device including cleaning, checking, tightening of all nut, bolts, electric connection, alingement of rope, greasing as required, also diagnosing and removing of fault as and when occurred by replacing the unserviceable parts like machines, motors, generators, ropes, inverter systems, and controller parts to be inclusive of printed circuit boards, RCCBs, MCBs, Sub components inclusive of belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chocks, brake shoes, liners, contacts, contactors, relays, coils, push buttons, door operator VVVF drive, car door safety device limit switches, governor, hoist way door locks, indicators, alarm bell, door sensors, three way intercom with cabling & junction box and other minor and major mechanical parts including taking out to old U/S parts and fixing of new parts, connecting, testing, commissioning and making to lift in serviceable condition in minimum possible time all as specified and directed.

Servicing / Maintenance of passenger lifts G+6 - 04 Nos of 8 passenger having capacity 544 Kg (Make- Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Private Limited) installed in bldg No P-227 to P-230 at G pocket by topping up oil in gear box and greasing all required parts i.e. sliding parts, railing etc, cleaning of car top and lift pit, electric power operated doors, auto electric leveling device including cleaning, checking, tightening of all nut, bolts, electric connection, alingement of rope, greasing as required, also diagnosing and removing of fault as and when occurred by replacing the unserviceable parts like machines, motors, generators, ropes, inverter systems, and controller parts to be inclusive of printed circuit boards, RCCBs, MCBs, Sub components inclusive of belts, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chocks, brake shoes, liners, contacts, contactors, relays, coils, push buttons, door operator VVVF drive, car door safety device limit switches, governor, hoist way door locks, indicators, alarm bell, door sensors three way intercom with cabling & junction box and other minor and major mechanical parts including taking out to old U/S parts and fixing of new parts and other minor and major mechanical parts including taking out to old U/S parts and fixing of new parts, connecting, testing, commissioning and making to lift in serviceable condition in minimum possible time all as specified and directed.Note for item No 1.00 to 2.00 : - (i) The above Maintenance shall be done through only E-in-C Branch's approved OEM rep ie M/S Thyssenkrupp Elevator India Pvt Ltd/ M/s TK Elevator India Pvt Ltd. (ii) The Contractor will have to submit MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) alongwith the tender, failure which tender will not be opened. (iii) All the spare parts of the Lift shall be purchased from the OEM or his authorised distributor. The MOU shall be as prescribed proforma (given in particular specification) executed with OEM on stamp paper costing not less than Rs. 100.00. (iv) Any spare parts required to be replaced during the period of tender in any lift shall be replaced by the contractor within the cost of this item. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account except srl item No. 3, 4 & 5 i.e cabin fan, ceiling light and UPS battery. (v) Cost of spare parts which are not specified in Srl item No. 1 to 2 but are necessary for the satisfactory functioning of the lift shall also be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for these items. (vi) Labour charges for dismantling unserviceable parts and fixing of new spare items/parts shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the items.(vii) The complaint/breakdown will be attended immediately and with specified time as mentioned in PS. (viii) In case of any fault, lift to be made functional within next 24 hours of intimation. Otherwise penalty will be imposed for the un-serviceability period beyond 24 hours as mentioned in PS. (ix) Rescue operator to be deployed for three shifts of eight hours on all days. Rate deemed to be included for any rescue operation for any emergency during the contract period for srl item No. 1 & 2. The rescue operator will make daily attendance with JE E/M or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. In case or rescue operator is not present a penalty or Rs. 1000/- per shift will be levied. (x) The contractor will have to purchase platinum (having provn of repair/replacement of all parts within package/plan rates except cabin fan, ceiling light and UPS battery) plan for the lifts from the OEM ,the same will be also mentioned in MOU. (xi) As a part of maintenance, OEM will provide basic training to CUSTOMER with respect to rescuing passengers entrapped in elevators. (xii) Mob No. of OEM technician wiil be displayed on each lift and Guard room. (xiii) Maintenance records will be maitained by the contractor duly signed by service team, contractor and shall be submitted to deptt as per maintenance schedule. (xiv) The contractor through OEM will carry out fortnightly, monthly , quarterly and half yearly maintenance as per particular specification within overall quoted rate. Note for srl item No 01 & 02 : Rescue operator to be deployed for three shift of eight hours on all days during contract period.

Dismantling the cabin fans of size 300mm sweep from lift, removing the burnt out winding wires, rewinding with winding wires and insulation materials overhauling/servicing, greasing/ lubricating, insulating electric leads, bearing/ bushes , bolts nuts, condensor, assembling back checking for proper function and testing all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and replace LED recessed ceiling light 5/6W square type in lift all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace UPS battery for 8/13 passenger lift 18 AH, 12 V as per existing type in lift all as specified and directed.

Supply , installation , commissioning and testing of Retrofit Device for Emission control for DG Set of Capacity 82.5 KVA. Minimum (Min) reduction efficiency 70% for DG Sets of Particulate matter (PM 2.5) Carbon Monoxide, Hydrocarbon etc. Material of construction of the Emission control devices and exhausts will be Stainless Steel. RECD shall be manufacture using various technologies such as DPF (Diesel Particulate filter) / Wet Scrubbing / Diesel Oxides Catalyst / any other technology approved by Govt of India. The output results of the RECD should be as per CPCB-II, irrespective of manufactures' technologies. The emission must be tested over an IS0- 8178 mode D2 cycle for equivalent kVA rating having a minimum specified Particulate matter, Carbon monoxide and Hydrocarbon . The emission control device / Equipment must be approved for engine having minimum swept volume of 5 Litres at any one of the CPCB, recognized/ approved laboratories Govt of India. Maximum back pressure of 8,250 Pa exerted by the Emission Control retrofit device at max prescribed load by DG OEM . Necessary precautions to be taken in exhaust scheme design to avoid condensate/steam back entry to DG sets which is/are not in operation. The following features/ Instructions of RECD is as under :- a) Emission Control retrofit device shall be complete with safety precautions to ensure no damage should be done to the DG set operation under any circumstances. The Emission control retrofit device should be closely coupled with the DG Exhaust to ensure 100% of the exhaust passes through the Emission Control retrofit device. b) Anti-Vibration mountings shall be provided for complete Emission Control device in case of flexible coupling with the diesel generator exhaust. C) Retrofit Emission control device should have protection against under voltage, under frequency, over frequency, low battery voltage, over current, earth fault, short circuit, phase sequence change etc. d) Automatic main failure (AMF) control panel, where applicable, shall be able to start up the emission control retrofit device without requiring any human intervention. Simillary on restoration of main supply, it shall be able to turn off automatically. e) The Retrofit emission control device shall be with corrosion resistive and heart resistance paint. f) The quoted rate includes provn of fixing arrangement on the DG or outside the DG.
