S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of sheet of any type and any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and disposal of debris to out side MD land all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth with out using extra cement. (Internal Surfaces) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with WPC, finished plastered surface even and smooth without using extra cement (External Surfaces) Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately

M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces chajjas etc of any description including brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot's, moulds, moss and efflorescence, salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coats of Anti fungal weather proof grade exterior acrylic emulsion paint of approved tint (Apex Ultima or equivalent brand as specified in CA) over a coat of weather proof primer including filling the minor racks etc with crack filling material all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
