Excavation in foundation, trenches, etcetera in earth work in all kinds of classification, of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work saturated soils including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soils, dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals, lift up to any height stacking excavated soil up to all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetre) thick layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth to the disposal point within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( one cement : six sand : twelve graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( one cement : three sand : six graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality/quarry in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six sand : twelve graded/crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with screws prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete as per specification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges.

Supplying and fixing galvanized steel bar-bed wire (IS:278-1962 Type-1) weighing 9.38 Kg. per 100 metres (one hundred) (minimum) straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or Steel pins etcetra as directed (posts and struts of wood concrete, steel etcetra and straining bolts shall be paid of seperately) as per specifications and design including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing and launching in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gratings framed guard bars ladders, railings, brackets and similar works including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge
