Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set of capacity 30 KVA/24 KW, 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 0.8 PF, 3 phase 4 wire, radiator cooled engine as per IS: 10001/10002 and Alternator as per IS : 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears (AMF panel) for automatic starting on main failure, control panel having meter, mounted on common channel iron base frame complete with standard fuel tank, suitable capacity of batteries with leads and sound proof canopy as per CPCB-II norms, approved acoustic enclosure including foundation all as per relevent IS complete all as directed. Make:- Cummins model No.C30D5P with engine Model X2.7TAA-G3 with standard alternator having model No.PT144L or equivalent.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 5 metre in deep for cable complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers with soil not exc 25 cm thick in each layer complete all as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and deposition where directed at a level not exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as directed.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable in layers (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable in trenches for cable protection complete all as directed. Note : Punned / completed thickness shall be measure for payment purpose.

Sub class B,with designation 75, burnt clay bricks for cable protection complete all as directed.

Supply, laying,commissioning & testing LT cable 35 sqmm, 3.5 core, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated armoured and PVC bedded with stranded aluminium conductor heavy duty, including cable glands, cable lugs etc. to suit the cable size, complete all as directed

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre connected to galvanized strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead up to 20 metre long by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, check nuts and washers etc made of galvanized iron connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2010 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including earth work and excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, pre cost slab 40mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 with 8 mm dia MS bars reinforced at 10 cm centre to centre both ways including funnel with watering pipe wire mesh and lugs, including test point complete all as directed.
