Maintenance of 33 KV overhead line F1 and F2 from 132 KV sub-station Nandira to 33 KV main sub-station and Shantinagar sub-station Lingaraj OCP, Lingaraj Area for a period of Two year/ 730days

Erection of 33 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts,washers etc. as required.

Erection of set of three 11 KV disc insulator for 33KV over headline with galvanized insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete wity galvanized strain clamps ,bolts,nuts,washers etc. as required.

Erection of Metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc as required. Above 11 mtrs. And upto 13 mtrs.

Erection of double pole 03 wire cross arm for 11/22/33 KV O/H line etc. as required.

Erection of pole top/straight two wire v shape two wire angle iron/channel iron cross arm on steel tubular/rail/P.C.C for 11/22/33 KV etc. as required.

Cutting bushes,trimming of branches along 33 KV O.H. lines for easy approch to pole for maintenance & fault rectification as required.(As poles are installed in jungle,O.B dump,quarry, RLY. Tunnel crossing etc. the following man power is required to do the job in a day).

Supply of 6 SWG G.I. wire as required.

Erection of G.I. Wire 6 SWG including binding etc. as required.

Erection of Cradle Guard as required.

Erection of Single piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 33KV OH line with rated Voltage of 30KV(RMS) with a nominal discharge current rating of 10KA(station Class) & complete with galvanized clamping arrangement, GI bolts, nuts, washer etc., as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 2.5 Mtr long, 40mm dia., including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover palte having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal /cock and salt etc., as required.

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement:3 coarse sand: 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified sie and shape including from work, plastering if required,curing etc as required.Details of cost for 1 cu.mtr. (0.75 x 0.75 x 1.1 x 120 nos.= 74.25)

Installation and commissioning of 33KV GOAB Switch.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35mm to 7/4.00mm Dia and above including binding etc.

Dismantling of OHL comprising of Copper/Aluminium OHL conductor, G.I wire, cross arms, insulator etc., as required.

Dismantling of Pole/Street light standard/strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Supply and erection of galvanized stay set for 33 KV overhead lines complete with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 mtr long stay rod ,anchor plate of size 45 cm x 45cm x7.5mm thick, thimble ,stay clamps , turn buckle(20mm x 600mm), 7/4.00mm dia stay wire and 33KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement:3 coarse sand : 6 grade stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supply and erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 33 KV OH line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 65mm x 65mm x6mm angle iron to form a rectaangle of minimum size 2400mm x 2800mm height complete with 50 mm x 6 mm MS flat iron clamps, bolts & nuts including drilling holes for insulator pin ,bolts,nuts,washers etc. and painting with primer & finish paint as required.

Maintenance of GOAB switch etc. as required.

Painting of pole 01 mtr length with one coat of redoxide as primer and one coat of synthetic enamel paint of red / yellow/black/blue having approved brand & manufacture for colour demarcation of poles and numbering of poles by synthetic enamel paint.

Painting of H.T. pole and brackets with Aluminium paint etc as required.

Supplying of MS nut, bolt & washers

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
