M&L for cutting of existing loose patches/damaged portion and pop out broken corners and developed cracks in rigid concrete pavements making proper shape in square/rectangular/triangular shape with mechanical cutter without disturbing surrounding concrete ,removing loose scrapped material to distance away from dispersal area, shaping the patch in true shape ,cleaning with broom and compressed air and priming the surface with two coats of epoxy resin based primer for concrete surface with nito prime-EP primer (Fosroc) as per manufacturers instructions and applying high strength epoxy concrete Fosroc(expocrete EC) of Fosroc chemicals/Choksey chemicals Pvt Ltd/CIPY Polyurethane Pvt ltd/BASF india Ltd,M/S Sika india pvt Ltd,NGI,Denson .Epoxy concrete shall be applied in the prepared patch within 30 minutes of application of resin primer or as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge. (Make shall be approved by GE) Note: (a) Making good edges should be done with mechanical cutters. (b) Entire work shall be got excecuted through the authorised applicators and having good working experience of the same nature of work. (c) Rate is inclusive of any form work required for edging complete.

M&L repair to pot holes of depth and girth exc 25mm but n.exc 75mm in concrete slab,cut the holes in proper square or rectangular shape with even depth upto and including 25mm made by mechanical edge cutter,cleaning the potholes with electric blower to remove the dust particles and applying primer throughout properly and leave 30 minutes for settle down and fill with elastomeric concrete/epoxy Fosroc(expocrete EC) of Fosroc chemicals/Choksey chemicals Pvt Ltd/CIPY Polyurethane Pvt ltd/BASF india Ltd,M/S Sika india pvt Ltd,STP. M&L preparation of cracked top surfaces of existing detorated concrete surface with wire / coir brushes and with suitable power driven concrete cutters up to thickness 02 to 05 mm and then cleaned the surfaces with compressed air by using air blower compressors to remove all loose dirt, dust, scaling, grease, spots etc and priming the surfaces with epoxy based primer 601/NG CHEM 121 etc (with suitable brushes ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Den/NG MORT trowelling compound on primed surfaces with thickness from 02mm to 5mm @02kg/sqm/mm thickness including filling of small holes up to 10 mm depth and levelling the surfaces to match the existing level with existing surfaces of the runway / Taxi track complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge of Make: NGI, Denson or equivalent and shall be approved by GE conforming to specification

M&L for self levelling elastomeric concrete min 15mm-20mm depth and 10mm-12mm width or more as required and finishing by means of trowel and float along with application of one coat of special primer for elastomeric concrete after preparation of surface by removal of all loose material by disc cutter/diamond edge cutter or by chiseling/mechanical cutter to required width for filling of compound and cleaning using air blower including all material consumable,tools,labour etc (for repair of cracks as in adjustement for level difference of various adjacent slabs to prevent cracking of joints/replacement of existing cracked/broken slabs which are beyond repair), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.Make: M/S Choksey chemicals Pvt Ltd,M/S Fosroc chemicals,M/S Sika India Pvt Ltd,M/S Pidilite industries,Abostik,STP,CIPY Polyurethane Pvt ltd. (Make shall be approved by GE)

M&L for demolition followed by cutting of existing disturbed PQC patch with diamond cutter and mechanical machine in regular shape upto depth of PQC and cleaning the surface with wire brush and air blower and removal of debris away from dispersal area,filling with coarse sand under floor after sweeping surface for supply and laying of polythene film 400 micron HDPE sheet (Virgin Quality) having min weight 390 gms/sqm over sand cushion as specified with overlap between adjacent strips to 100 mm and application of cement concrete of Grade M-30 mix in pavement/hardstanding and finishing the surface of concrete pavement to give textured finish with PQC texture brush including any side formwork as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.(Design Mix of M-30 shall be done from any Govt approved Engg College and shall be approved by GE. Charges of design mix shall be borne by the Contractor and cost is deemed to be inclusive of all design, testing etc. Nothig extra shall be paid by the deptt)

M&L for preparation of old rigid concrete surface by mechanical means and preparing runway surfaces for painting work applying three coats of runway marking paint aqua based/water based after intervals of each coat at 6hrs ,painting of lines,arrows and letters with runway marking aqua based paint white and yellow,Fast drying,durable,marking edges to be straight in line by machinery for runway/dispersal marking (Marking all around runway all four sides,middle strips,strips at ends 5-6 Nos,Numeric Digit on both ends,Heli marking"H",arrows and any sign) including as per manufacturer's specification all as specified and as directed by AviatioN authorities and TI 2 of 1987 all as directed by GE.
