Dismantling the IWC and surki around the closet and clearing the site and disposing the debris 1 Km away including the cost of all labour, lead, lift, T&P etc complete.

Dismantling of existing Damaged Brick in cement mortar walls under 3m high including cost of all materials, hire charges for tools and plants, clearing the debris away, needed safety arrangements, all leads, lifts etc complete.

Dismantling of existing damaged floor & wall tiles without any damage to the existing structure including cost of labour, T & P safety arrangements, cleaning the site,lead,lift etc complete.

Dismantling of existing PCC without any damage to the existing structure including cost of labour, T & P safety arrangements, cleaning the site,lead,lift etc complete.

Chipping of the roof concrete and roughening the surface the cost including clearing the debris up to a distance of 1KM away from the site, all labourers, Hire charges for tools needed safety arrangements all leads, lifts etc. Complete.

Clean removal of cement plaster from existing inner wall sides and removing of cement plaster wastages from premises as directed by the site engineer including cost of all labours, materials, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Dismantling Stone Masonry in cement mortar walls under 3m high including cost of all materials, hire charges for tools and plants, clearing the debris away, needed safety arrangements, all leads, lifts etc complete.

Providing Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 using 40mm HBG metal for foundation and basement including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour for laying concrete etc., complete.

Providing Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 using II-Class Table mounted Chamber burnt Bricks of size 9” x 4 3/8” x 2 3/4” including cost of all materials, leads, lifts, labour etc., complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 12mm thick for brick wall surface for outside and inside all levels, including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, T&P, curing, etc., complete.

Plastering with CM. 1:3 mix 20mm thick for RCC pillars, sunshade, loft, Ceiling etc., including cost of materials, labour, lead, lift, watering, curing, etc., complete.

Flooring with first quality Antiskit tiles of johnson or its equivalent of size 300 x 300 x 5 mm to set in cement morter 1:3 toilet flooring including cost of all tiles, all leads, lifts, labours for laying fixing and finishing neatly as per standard specification including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, T& P's, curing etc., complete.

Dadooing with glazed tiles of best approved quality of 300 x 450 x 8mm size over in CM 1:3-12 mm thick including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing 100 x 75mm PVC floor trap in Wash room with one pvc door bend shoe of 50mm dia including cost of all materials labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying, aligning and fixing of 110 mm PVC waste water line (6 KG/Sq.cm) with necessary specials including including cost of all materials , labour, T & Ps ,lead, lift, etc, complete.

Supplying, aligning and fixing of 75 mm PVC waste water line (6 KG/Sq.cm) with necessary specials including including cost of all materials , labour, T & Ps ,lead, lift, etc, complete.

Supplying and fixing in position IWC ORIYAA PAN of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthen ware of approved Make & quality with 'P' or 'S' trap conforming to IS-2556 - Part XII [Parryware or equivalent] with sand cushion and forming flooring around the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in Lime concrete 1:2:5 [1/lime, 2/sand & 5/Brick jelly] 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and giving conncetion to sewer line including the cost of all materials, labour, lead,lift, T&P etc complete.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 m blue composter causrino posts or best quality bamboo posts of 4m overall length (3.0m height +0.5m projection + 0.5 m into the ground) the distance between the two rows with horizontal posts with 0.50 m over tab on either side and places @ 2m c/c including longitudinal and transverse middle places to setup and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40 mm tk 1m wide etc complete from using coil and nails 1m run.
