Details of Work

Making & modification in earthing of 132KV LAs including work of digging of soil upto 1 Mtr depth or as per requirements removal of stone and brick work if required. Making 06 no. holes in soil across structure of 132KV side LA. Fabrication of minimum 3 mtr long electrodes from 40 mm dia MS round bar having one side conical shape. Placing of electrodes and laying 75x10 mm MS flat as perapproved drawing of department and technical specifications including work of shifting of material cutting, bending, drilling and welding at joints of 75x10 mm MS flat and 40 mm round bar etc. Connecting the newly made delta by X-Y axis of main earthmat as per drawing and technical specifications with the help of 75x10 mm MS Flat. Back filling of soil etc. making connection of LA & Surge counter by riser from 75x10 mm MS Flat as per standard approved drawing under the guidance of supervising engineer.

Placing of electrodes and laying 75x10 mm MS flat as per approved drawing of department and technical specifications including work of shifting of material from store, cutting, bending, drilling and welding at joints of 75x10 mm MS flat and 40 mm round bar etc. Connecting the newly made delta by X-Y axis of main earthmat as per drawing and technical specifications with the help of 75x10 mm MS Flat. Painting work of all modified 75x10 mm MS flat earthing arrangement with two coats of Red Oxide primer and one coat of synthetic enamled Green paint of standard make, after proper cleaning of surface of flat by scrapers to remove dust, rust etc.

Carriage of items like 40 mm MS roundbar, 75x10 mm MS flat and other departmental material required to complete the jobs succesfully from different sub-stations under Etd Hamirpur as per requirement.

Rates qouted by the bidders shall be without taxes. Taxes applicable if any to paid extra
