CERTAIN B/R AND E/M WORKS SUCH AS FLOORING PLASTERING,SANITARY FITTING JOINERY AND INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION IN THE AREA OF TSR OTM ACCN OF AGE B/R C UNDER THE AOR OF GE DEOLALI

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Virified Ceramic tiles (Light Shade) 8mm to 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. with and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.2 but in skirting over 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Double charged Vitrified tiles 8-10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors including screed bed 15mm thick in Cm 1:6 etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 4 but in skirting over 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L joint free non - skid Ceramic tiles 8 mm thick (Coloured) (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. with and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of size 450 X 300 X 7mm thick of different shade colour and pattern as approved, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as backing coat finished to receive wall tiles, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match etc complete all as directed and specified.

Demolition of stone slabs, paving stones and tiles of any description and thickness in floors, aprons, laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified.

M & L for 15-18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.
