Providing, Fitting of 80 mm,PN 1.6/16, Ductile Iron double flanged, Slanted seat swing check valve (NRV). The body shall be of ductile cast iron with fully encapsulated vulcanized EPDM rubber (Approved for drinking water) . NRV shall be compatible for buried application and shall be safe to install in both horizontal and vertical positions. It shall have electrostatic epoxy coating inside and outside approved for drinking water. The job includes providing and fitting of 02 No. M.S Flanges perfectly adaptable to the inbuilt flanges of the valve.Cost on account of Nuts, bolts, gaskets, etc required for the job is included in the scope of work. Supply, Laying/Fitting, Testing and Commissioning of remaining rising main (new location of SR) of 80 mm diameter Class-C, GI flanged Pipeline. (Make: Jindal/Surya Prakash/Tata). Flanges provided shall be as per IS 6392/1971 Table:5 Providing and fitting of offsets, bends as per the site requirement are included in the job. Providing and filling of 2-5 mm dia. Pea gravel fron sind Nallah Ganderbal free from dust, silt or any other foreign matter at water supply scheme Amirabad. The job includes all kinds of carriage from ganderbal to the roadside as well as labourers required for shifting of same to the well site.

Construction of bio-degradable toilet (preferably prefabricated) with septic tank and soak pit having usage capacity of four persons/day. The size of the plinth shall not be less 36 sft and height of super structure 7 ft. The job includes earth cutting and dressing of 10ft×10ft surface by mechanical means.

Providing/fitting of thermo cool 12mm thick along with jute matting/excel for the operators room and having size of 12x10 feet feet. The job also includes providing of 2no.cushions.

Providing of two No Quilts with cotton cover, two No. Mattress with cotton covers, two No sleeping bed sheets, two No pillows with covers, two No blankets for the employees in the operators room working during night shift & includes chargeable battery of Philips/any other reputed make of Lantern type, 2000 W heat convector of USHA /any reputed make (01 No) and all kitchen utensils. The material shall be supplied at the site.

Fabrication and Providing of 6’-6” x 4’-0” size MS angle Iron Framed worker’s sleeping bed made out of ISA 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm. The job shall include four no of legs 1’-6’’ long made out of iron ISA 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm with braces of MS flats 50mm x 4 mm, 18 no(1’-0” Long) for each leg and ISA 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm for central support,3 no’s (4’-0” long each) to be welded precisely with Advani electrodes as per requirement. Job also includes P/F of 19 mm ply board of 6’-6” x 4’-0” size.

Alternate Power Arrangment (25 KVA Air-cooled Diesel Generator Set) The 25 KVA Diesel Generating Set, which shall be suitable to operate at site conditions having an altitude of 1600 Mtrs (AMSL) Ambient Temperature -10˚C to 40˚C and 80% Relative Humidity, comprising of Diesel Engine and Alternator coupled together with heavy duty flexible coupling and mounted on a fabricated MS Channel Base Frame along with standard accessories, Control Panel, Battery, Anti vibration pads and Acoustic Enclosure, duly painted and confirming to Noise pollution specification/ requirements of Environmental Protection Rules 1986 as laid down by Ministry of Environment & Forests read with GSR71(E) Dtd: 17-02-2002 and GSR520(E) Dtd: 01-07-2003 with respect of Emission norms for the engine and with respect of Noise level of DG sets read with up to date amendments and as applicable at the time of supply. The Engine shall confirm to IS:10000/BS649/BSS5514. The D G Sets shall be rated for continuous duty with overload provision of 10% for the period not exceeding one hour in 12 hours.
