Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed Stone Sand) using best quality Burnt Clay Brick of size 9” x 4 3/8” x 2 3/4” with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally. Other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing by drilling holes and not by punching for roofing with pre painted Galvalum sheet of 0.47 mm thick of best approved quality with required size with curved shape and white ridge sheet with necessary bolts and nuts bitumen washers. including cutting the sheet to the required size found necessary during execution etc., complete complying with standard specifications [ The sheet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work]

Supplying fixing and errecting of steel roof trusses and roof truss purlins fixing for PPGL sheet roofing using MS. square tube of size 50x50x4.50 mm raffter, Tie angles and MS square tube of size 50x50x4.50mm for sturts and MS plat of size 12 mm thick for fixing PPGL sheet. The purlins using MS square tube of size 38x38x4.05 mm shall be properly anchored to the supporting super structure and fixed in concrete at wall and spacing of purlins are to be arranged to use the standard size or sheet and spacing should not execeed 1680 mm and free over hang at eves should not be more than 400 mm, the cleats shall be wellded to the trusses firmly and fixed on the down stream side of purlins. The ridge purlins fixed at 77 to 115 mm away the apex of the roof. The trusses shall have welded joints only at all guessets plate junctions except gussets at bottom chords to have bolts and nuts to permit transportation of trusses as directed. The foundation anchor bolts of trusses will be fixed in concrete at wall in bed blocks and well cured, labour for erection of trusses of approved quality transportation, priming coat for all members, cutting, bending, and welding etc., The trusses should be connected at bottom 1 / 3 part by steel tie angles and with top and bottom wind bracings as per design given. The chord of the trusses of bottom channel should suitablely cambered. The truss and purlins should be given priming coat of Rex Oxide primer of approved quality including labour for erection, transportation, wellding etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230 x 230 x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 and above 20mm thick with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with matching colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)

Paving the floor with best quality Double Charged Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of 1200 x 600 of 18/20mm thick size and Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)

Flooring with Joint Free Rectified Glazed Ceramic Flooring Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 8mm and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with Colour designed digital print ceramic tiles, with borders, with size of 150mm x 150mm x 6mm and above set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two M-sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. nbatly in all floors, curing, etc,,complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be like Johnson / Kajaria / Somany / Nitco / RAK or Equivalent which has to be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in accordance with IS 1443 over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing fine polished cuddapah slab of 38 / 40mm thickness for cup-board arrangements including laying to correct alignment with necessary cement mortar and black powder etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothly with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (water proof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers.( The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, cost of sand paper (water proof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade, labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering, two coats of putty, scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth, etc.,complete. Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three plastering sand), 20mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Fixing Teakwood Entrance Door with a size 5.40m x 2.90m with four leaves as per the design approved by the departmental officers. The outer frames are one horizontal and four verticals of size 150x100mm scantlings. Shutter frames are 100x50mm scantlings. The shutter shall have 2.40m height with two panels having 1/3 at bottom and 2/3 at top. The panels shall be 40mm thick Teakwood planks. The shutter shall have 4 leaves of equal size and openable. The top 2/3 shall be MS Grill of approved pattern and bottom 1/3 shall be teak wood planks of 40mm thick and finished with approved pattern with skilled carpentar as directed by the departmental officers. The top portion shall be covered with plain glass of 8mm thick. Supplying and fixing of rolling shutters shall be Gear operated type made of 18/Gx3" lath sections with gear box system with handle which consist of five main parts such as curtain, lock plate, guide channels rollers and hood cover. These five main parts are made out of special components detailed below:Curtain shall be of 18/Gx3" lath sections cut to required size and filled with heavy cast iron / MS clips. The treatment has to be carried out on the sand filling the basement after leveling operation is over.

Stage:4 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution around the building outside of the building by making crow bar holes at an intervel of 12" to a depth of 8" around the building before laying the plinth projection. This holes has to be be closed after the treatment.
