Providing Plants i/c Maintenance of indoor potted plants and vertical garden in Terminal Building at Civil Airport, Jammu

Supply & placing of Chrysalidocarpus Lutescens (Arica palm bushy) height 120 to 150 cm visible above the pot having 5-6 minimum suckers desease free well developed in 15/16" white circular/square plastic pots i/c plate of approved make including cartridge, loading, unloading, etc. as per direction & satisfaction of E-I-C..

Supply & placing of Rhapis excelsa (Palm bushy) height 60 cm visible above the pot having 4-5 suckers desease free well developed in in 15/16" white circular/square plastic pots i/c plate of approved make including cartridge, loading, unloading, etc. as per direction & satisfaction of E-I-C.

Supply & placing of Sansveria Trifasciata (Snack Plant) height 45 cm visible above the pot, multi suckers desease free well developed in 12" white circular/square plastic pots i/c plate of approved make including cartridge, loading, unloading, etc. as per direction & satisfaction of E-I-C.

Supply & placing of Dracaena Green having 5-6 or more plants in pot, leaves top to bottam height 45 cm visible above the pot, well developed in 12" white circular/square plastic pots i/c plate of approved make including cartridge, loading, unloading, etc. as per direction & satisfaction of E-I-C.

Supply & placing of Golden juniprus conical shape of ht. 4' and above having good foliage, desease free well developed & 12'' a pot of plastic / earthen pots including cartridge, loading, unloading, etc. as per direction & satisfaction of E-I-C.

Displaying & Maintenance of potted plants, available at various locations, floors including hoeing, clipping, watering, trimming to proper shape, spraying of insecticide / pesticide & other required filler material i/c replacing of damaged/dead/ ill plants with new desease free well developed, lush green, good foliage plant as per requirement as approved by officer-in charge and rotationaly change as per site requirements and as per the direction of Officer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive of cost of T& P required, manure, fertilizer, parlite, cocopeet, insecticide & replacement of plants as per lsit enclosed in tender document and as per direction and satisfaction of officer-in-charge. (Nothing extra shall be paid on that account). Note:- Measurement (no of plants maintained) taken every month for mainatined and well developed plants. 2 times of actual cost of plant has been recovered for not maintaining or not replacing the damaged/dead plants on monthly basis.

Measurement (no of plants maintained) taken every month for payment purpose for mainatined and well developed plants. 2 times of actual cost of plant has been recovered for not maintaining or not replacing the damaged/dead plants on monthly basis.
