Supply of 1.5 Ton Inverter Type Split A.C of minimum ISEER rating 4.50 as per latest BEE guidelines (equivalent to erstwhile BEE 5 Star rating), 100% Copper consisting of single room unit (evaporator unit) with cordless LCD remote control, digital temperature display and one outdoor condensing unit comprising of sealed rotary/ twin-rotary/BLDC type compressor suitable for operation at 230±10% V,50 Hz supply and non CFC refrigerant like R- 410A/R32 capable of performing a) cooling b) Air- Circulation c) filtering. Interconnection, pipelines, power cables, refrigerant copper tubes with expanded polythene foam insulation tubing , drain pipe, (approx 3 mtrs) , insulating tapes, first charge of refrigerant (if required), etc. complete as required as per site requirement. ( Make- as per approved make list of AAI.)

Supply of inverter type Energy efficient cassette Type Air-conditoners (4 TR) as per latest BEE guidelines fitted with heremetically sealed rotary/twin rotary /scroll/swing compressor operating on Refrigerant R-410A/R32 (Green Gas)/Non CFC suitable for celling mounting confirming to IS:1391 (part-2)/1992 with latest amendment) as per manufacturer recommendation, suitable for opertaion on 415V, 50Hz Three phase AC or 230 V, 50 Hz Single Phase supply capable of performing following functions complete as required at site (As per AAI approved make list):- a) Cooling. b) Air Circulating. c) Filtering.

Installation, Testing & Commisioning of different capacity split & cassette type AC's units i/c fitting of indoor and outdoor unit at their locations,drilling holes in the wall using suitable hardwares, celling/wall supporting arrangment, leak testing of entire system,charging refrigerant gas in the unit, making good the surface as per requirement of the site(i/c all ceiling/false ceiling work or civil works as per site requirement).

SITC of Metal Based Automatic Voltage stabilizer i/c mounting arrangement as required of following capacity with high / low cut off complete as reqd. suitable for input voltage from 160 to 280 volt giving output 200-240 volt at 50Hz A.C. supply. A)5 KVA

Supply and fixing of suitable size flexible PVC drain pipe from the respective units, clamping on different surface like wall/floor etc. i/c sealing the joints with making of openings as per site condition. ( To be measured for lengths exceeding the cumulative length of 3 Meter per AC which is already in scope of Item No. 1 & 2 )

Supply of outdoor unit stand for placing the OD unit of split / cassettee Airconditioning unit on ground. The stand shall be painted with duly approved colour, MS angle iron frame of size 35*35*5mm required for mounting of outdoor A.C. units of different capacity. Size can vary as per size of outdoor units of Split/Cassette AC or site conditions . (The contractor shall ensure that the supplied frames are of proper size i.e. the outdoor units of Split /Cassette units supplied fit properly in the supplied stand).

Supply & fixing of suitable size Copper Refrigerant piping (Supply and return) with expanded polythene foam insulation tubing covering for different rating and of A/c units. (Measurement of 1 R.Mtr. Will include both supply & return Cu. Piping with insulation).(To be measured for lengths exceeding the cumulative length of 3 metres per AC which is already in scope of item 1 & 2)

Supply and Fixing 20amps. 240 volts , SPN industrial type socket outlet with 2 Pole and earth metal enclosed plug top along with 20 amps "C" curve SP MCB in sheet steel enclosure on surface or in recess with chained metal cover for the socket outlet and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required

Dismantling of existing split ACs of capacity (1.5 TR) including existing copper piping and stacking them in a proper manner including civil works at a place designated by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing Cassette AC of capacity (3 TR) including existing copper piping and stacking them in a proper manner including civil works at a place designated by Engineer-in-Charge.
