Taking down chowkhats or frame exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4 sqm with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame not exc 1.5 sqm without taking off shutter from the frame, complete all as sp & dir.

M & L 2 nd class hard wood 35 mm thick Plain , framed panelled shutters ( any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged) or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers fitted to chowkats complete all as speciifed and directed.

S & F 30 mm thick Flush shutters , solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/ frame to match fixed to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 2 nd class hard wood 35 mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze, etc, (without sash bar) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, section 8, clause 8.24 (a) fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Glass pane and wire mesh shall be measured & paid separately in respective supply only item.

Supply only stainless steel wire cloth, 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of New wood or previously untreated surfaces of any description , not otherwise description, over 10 cm width or grith apply two coat of synthetic enemel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of pink primer complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for preparation old painted surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L rendering 10 mm thick on brick wall/cement block wall or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ concrete surface, etc. all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers, 10 mm thick plaster in first coat and second coat of 5 mm thick with WPC as per manufactures instruction, surfaces, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls / concrete surface etc, complete all as ssp & dir. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surface and applying 1 mm thick wall care putty on wall on wall surfaces as per manufacturerer instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on prepared wall putty surfaces of internal wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint including primer on surfaces of wall of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described all as specified and directed. Note:- Distemper and primer to be applied through mechanical means only.

M & L 20 - 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in flooring or treads of steps over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab/rubbing, polishing etc, including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The size of Kota stone slab shall not less than 550 mm x 550 mm cut size, except the location where the balance portion remain less than size as specified above.
