Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50metres lead :With cement mortar 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand). 14.1.2

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete (DSR 14.43)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.DSR 13.80

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats) 14.45.1

Providing and fixing kitchen cabinet below working shelves as per detail consists of chowkhet frame of hollock wood 2" x2" section. The shutter are to be provided with 19mm thick commercial board posted with synthetic adhesive with any approved colour lamination 1mm thick with lipping all around and fixed with chowkhet frame with alpha type piano hinges and screwa etc. and provide with fancy teak wood handle and magnetic catcher. The inside surface to be painted with two coat f special quality synthetic enamal paint after primer coat and preparation of surfae. The complete frame to be fixed with iron hold fast ,corners, straps etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the E.I.C. (N.S)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).(DSR:13.46.1)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: One or more coats on old work. (DSR 14.54.1)

Renewing glass panes and refixing existing wooden fillets: Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm (DSR 14.7.1)

Regrading terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. (DSR 14.13)

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 ltr/sqm. by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ltr and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : 3 mm thick (DSR 22.19.1)
