Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for electric poles stay foundation and under ground electric power cables and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Feeder pillar box shall be mounted on brickwork in CM 1:4 not less than 30 cm above ground level with suitable foundation, rendering 15 mm in CM 1:6 and two coats of cement base paint and the rates shall be inclusive in the quoted rate.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface by cleaning, removing rust, grease and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade (spray painting outside/inside surface) of the feeder pillar box/Lt panels outdoor/indoor type of approximate size 900 x 600 x 500 mm complete with prior permission of Engr-in-Charge. Base frame with balck enamel paint ( Rate quoted shall deem to be included of numbering of panel/feeder pillar) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for bakelite strip connector, 4 way, 100 Amp capacity including electricaly connections including taking down old item complete all as specified and directed

S&F junction box made from FRP sheet 2.00 mm thick ready made of size 400x300x200mm fixed to pole/wall with MS clamp 25 x 5 mm and suitable size of nut, bolts and washers including taking down existing junction box, complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair aluminium bus bar of required size shape length and making drilling for fixing in LT panel/feeder, pillar/change over switch etc including necessary addition /alteration to existing panel with welding cutting to steel structure and providing new steel items including taking down old item complete all as specified and directed

M&L for servicing of feeder pillar box/LT cubical panel , after dismantling the incoming and outgoing connections from MEEB/Bus bar and replacing the old burnt/over head unserviceable lugs, terminals, nuts, bolts, washer supporing indulator etc and checking ithe serviceability of MCB/MCCB earth continuity conductor and strip etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Spare parts such as terminals, lugs, nut bolts, insulators etc will be measured and paid under respective item in the schedule, (ii) labour for fixing charge of the spare parts deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the items.
