Repairing and improvement of Road from 3 No. Jn to 4 No. Coal face JN under ILBL OCP(South), LKPA.

Preparation and consolidation of subgrade with road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidation with power roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth upto 50 metres.

Removal of Unserviceable Soil with Disposal upto 1000 metres (Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 305.)

Embankment Construction with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits (Construction of embankment with approved material having CBR>7 obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-1, 300-2 and as per relevant clauses of section - 300 )

Supplying and stacking of stone boulder 15cm to 22.5 cm size of hard granite or equivalent as approved by EIC at work site including stacking along road side equidistantly and uniformly including royalty, octroi, and all other taxes complete with all lead and lift (A deduction of 15% is to be made on account of voids in stone boulder. Measurement of material is to be taken just before laying work starts and payment shall be made only after laying of the material)

Supplying and stacking at work site hard granite or equivalent as approved by EIC, hand broken stone metal 53mm to 22.4 mm size i.e. IRC GRADING of approved qualitystacking along road side equidistantly and uniformly including royalty, octroi, and all other taxes complete with all leads and lifts ( A deduction of 7.5% is to be made on account of voids in stone metal. Measurement of material is to be taken just before laying work starts and payment shall be made only after laying of the material).

Supplying and stacking at work site crusher stone dust including royalty complete with all leads and lifts.

Laying stone boulder 15 cm to 22.5 cm size in WBM sub base course I/c packing with smaller stones and consolidation with power roller-80/100 KN capacity i/c spreading and consolidation of binding material i.e. stone dust etc. including hire charges and running cost of road roller, pay of driver, khalasi & chowkidar and providing proper signals, road barriers etc. complete but excluding the cost of stone boulder, chips and binding material.(Payment to be made for quantity of only stone boulder used excluding 15 % for voids)

Water Bound Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of specification.By Mechanical Means: Grading- I (63 to 45 mm) Using Screening Type-A (13.2mm Agg.)

Water Bound Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of specification.By Mechanical Means: Grading- II (53 mm to 22.4 mm) Using Screening Type-B (11.2mm Agg.)
