Note 1:- (Applicable for all parts/items) : The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender documents & all corrigendum/amendments and general condition of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of pole / stay, or cable trenches and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for protection of underground cable, consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Unreinforced Pre-cast Concrete Cable Cover, Class HV type 2 flat of size 450x180x40mm with minimum average breaking load 350 Kg, as per IS-5820:1970, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking up and relaying HT UG Cable upto size 240 sqmm x 3 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary earth work, PCC cover, sand cushning etc will be measured and paid seperately under respective schedule items.

Relaying of serviceable UG cables of any cross sectional area and connections including Bricks, GI Pipes, etc of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/or fixing with walls/poles complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Brick/slab, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

Supply & laying HT XLPE Cable, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip or Wire armoured, Electic Power Cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium Conductor, conforming to IS:7098 (Part II), 11 KV, ‘Earthed Grade, cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/under Road including Testing, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, Brick/slab, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

M&L for shifting/ raising up height of existing HT Bus Bar box outdoor type by carefully digging of HT cable loop and dismantling of PCC foundation of HT bus bar panel including groutting of HT panel with PCC foundation of min size ( 0.9L x 0.45W x 0.9H mtr) from ground level alongwith scaping of old paint and rust of HT panel surface by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) over a red oxide/zinc chrome primer externaly and danger marking of 11000 volt complete of size 1.0X1.5X1.0 metre including all cable jointing nuts bolts made of brass/ HS steel of sutable size complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Dismantling, shifting and refixing including proper PCC foundation required as per site condition and necessary earth work shall be deemed to be uncluded in unit Rate.
