Excavation in ordinary soils, up to 3.00 Mts depth below GL by Manual means: Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for Storm water drains as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material , dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 305 MoRD / 304 MoRTH and as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas for construction of drains including diversion of traffic and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and disposal of remaining earth upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete by manual means.

BLD-CSTN-3-14-(31) - A : Supply and placing of the M-25 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (50% river sand 50% rock sand), coarse aggregate, water etc., to site . sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, curing, centering and suttering charges etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) with minimum cement content as per IS code for PLINTH, PEDESTALS and FOOTINGS. Note : 1) The cement content is adopted as 350Kg/cum for estimating purpose only.The exact quantities will be as per mix design. 2) As per mix design, if the cement content is found to be less than 380 Kgs/ Cum the defference in cost shall be deducted.
