Amount

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of pipes etc. and getting out including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick using excavated soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up 100 mm bore cast iron / ductile iron water mains / pipe with including all fittings, Spigot and Socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints, all as specified and directed Note :- (i) Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item.

Supply laying, jointing and testing 100 mm bore ductile iron pipes, socket and Spigot ends, ISI marked Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Pressure pipes conforming to IS:8329/2000 classification K-7 rating, suitable for and including push-on-joint (Rubber gasket-D jointing), with cement mortar lining inside the pipes and outside zinc coating with Bituminous finish coat as per IS:8329 / 2000 including provision of EPDM rubber joints conforming IS: 5382 of 1985, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) Excavation & earthwork will be measured & paid separately under appropriate item. (ii) DI Special will be measured & paid separately

Relaying 100 mm bore cast iron pipes with Spigot and Socket ends after cleaning internal surface of serviceable pipes by using of wire brush and cleaning thoroughly with fresh water and taking out mud / soft deposited inside the pipes, laid in trenches (CI pipe obtained from Ser item No.7.00 shall be used) complete all as directed. Deployment of manpower & tools / machinery etc for Removing mud / silt from 5.5 meter dia & 4.5 metre depth Sedimentation Tank, Clarifier, Channels and drains etc. and disposal of the same to a distance not exc 50 meter from the staring point, cleaning entire internal surafce carefully with appropriate tools and washing whole tank with alum ferric grade-II water and thereafter with bleaching powder complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
