Taking down existing unservicable roof treatment of any description including cement plaster/cement concrete of any thickness from roof surface cleaning of roof surfaces and and preparing it for further treatment and removing rubbish from the site up to 1.5 Km to 2.0 Km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces using WPC finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as spescified and directed. Note:- The water proofing compound measured & paid separately relevent Item.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 (B-0) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate using WPC @3% by weight of cement as in roof top finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement for laying roof treatement complete all as specified and as directed Note:- The water proofing compound measured & paid separately relevent Item.

M&L for Water proofing treatment on roof surfaces with APP modified membrane with non woven polyester reinforced, weight not less than 3 KG/SQM and thickness of membrane not less than 3mm having thermal insulation with white mineral/gravel finish on upper side of membrane uniformly embedded during manufacturing process laid in following sequence complete all as specified and directed.:- (a) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS: 3384-1965 @ 0.4Kg/Sqm on the prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (b) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane with 100mm overlap in longitudinal direction and 150mm overlap in transverse direction sealed and bounded to the surface by torch application method. (c) All joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane. A fillet of PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is change of direction. (d) Applying one coat of Bituminous alluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane. NOTE:- The quoted rates is deemed to include for the cost of scaffolding, T&P, etc required for execution of the work. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through manufacturer or authorised applicator of the manufacturer

M&L of water proofing treatment to accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane centre core 100 micron HMHDPE outer film 20 micron each having thickness 3mm, weight not less than 3Kg/Sqm as per manufacturers instruction with torch application complete all as specified and directed with following course of description below: (a) First coat apply bituminous primer confirming to IS-3384of 1965 @ 0.4Kg/Sqm to be applied on prepared roof surface till the surface is properly inpregnated (b) Second course of laying of APP based modified polymeric with 100mm overlap in longitudinal direction 150mm in tranverse direction and edges to be taken up to vertical wall of 20cm height inserted in to the vertical wall concealed the joint with bitumen sealant. All joints and changes in all direction should be covered with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane Note:- Work of water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the authorised appllicator of the manufacturer.

M&L for water proofing treatement including preparation of surface as required for roof treatement , balcony, terrace etc consisting of following sequences of operation on RCC roof slab for non accessible roof surface M&L for providing and laying of fibre reinforcement elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymer having sun reflective index (SRI) of 105 manufactured by Asian Paints Ltd or equivalent as approved by AGE(I) on top of concrete roof with consumption @ 10.76 Ltr/10Sqm for three coats. One coat of self priming of elastomeric water proofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3 part of product and one part of water and two coat of undiluted elastomeric water proofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete treatment not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaned loosed particles with wire brushes, filled the crack upto 3mm with fibre glass reinforced crack filling compound 10, complete all as specified and as directred. Note:- The quoted rates is deemed to include for the cost of scaffolding, T&P, etc required for execution of the work. The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through manufacturer or authorised applicator of the manufacturer

M&L for cement concrete tiles 250mmX250mmX25mm thick laid over 15mm cement screed bed in CM 1:4 set and jointed with grey cement and no pigment and pointed in near cement slurry as in accessible roof surfaces

M & L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate in roof kerb, junction of roof & parapet wall and other vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 & n exc 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc,from tank complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 & n exc 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc,from tank complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable water tank of any description capacity exc 250 Ltr but n. exc 500 Ltrs capacity each complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 500Ltr and n.exc 1000Ltr and removing to store

S& F rotational moulded synthetic (HDPE) water storage tank 500 litre capacity hoisted & fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as spd & directed.

S&F rotational moulded polethylene water tank of 1000Ltrs capacity (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) noticed and portion all as specified SSR Part-I complete all as spd & directed.

S&F ball valves PTMT high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe, 20mm bore compete (Minimum weight 210 gm)

S&F in repairs gun metal globe or gate valve, wheel head cast copper alloy screwed down light pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union 20 mm dia, ISI marked complete all as spd & directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 , type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforeced) in floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. Note: All debris obtained from demolition shall be removed 1.5km to 2km complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonary , built in cement mortar incl all quoins , pillars etc.

M&L for brick work with Sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on brick /concrete work surfaces in CM 1:4 finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection 15 mm bore and removing the same from site/keeping aside for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only stack clamp out of 50mm by 3mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stays fixed to pipe of bore 110mm complete all as specified.

S & F for 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bend/Tee/shoe/ of any radius including door system complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- Debris obtained from all items should be removed in low lying areas as directed by Engr-in-charge out of MOD Land. (Rates quoted for items are deemed to be included for this, where removal of debris in the items is not considered.)
