CAMOUFLAGING TO BUILDING, ROOFING AND OTHER CONNECTED MISC WORK IN CCD PATTERN AS APPROVED BY STN HQ IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STN BASANT NAGAR UNDER AOR OF GE (AF) FARIDABAD

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls, fins, chajja etc shall include brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrubbing down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence salts and treating oil and greasy spots and removing debris/ malba to low lying area out side of MOD land and applying 3 mm thick waterproof wall care putty to obtain even and smooth-truline surface by rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 block for road side kerb stone as per sample approved by GE for road side curb stone and for laying and setting in CM 1:4 including demolition of old PCC curb stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated plsatered or concrete surfaces and applying two coats of weather coat over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of acrylic smooth exterior weatherproof (water based) paint (in camouflage pattern in CCD pattern as approved by Stn HQ) of dark colours/shade on walls (shade as approved by GE) of dark colours/shade on walls (Two coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm per coat over and including priming coat of exterior primer (water based) applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster/grit wash from facia, walls of any description etc and removing debris/ malba to low lying area out side of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound confirming to IS 2645 – 1975, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall/roof parapets etc and applying 3 mm thick a layer of waterproof wall care putty and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion (water based) paint (in camouflage pattern in CCD pattern as approved by Stn HQ) of dark colours/shade on walls (shade as approved by GE) including 1 coat of water based exterior primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of corrugated roofing sheet and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (in camouflage pattern in CCD pattern as approved by Stn HQ)) of dark colours/shade (shade as approved by GE) on roofs/sheds etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.
