OUT SOURCING OF SERVICES FOR MAINT AND OPERATION OF RO PLANT AT SPH,RAW WATER PUMP HOUSE AND DG SETS AT 30 AND 43 SOA AT AFAC COIMBATORE

(i) The contractor shall make payment to the trademen employee directy (online) to the employees saving bank linked with Aadhar no. The minimum wages prescribed by State Govt. or Central Govt. whichever is more shall be paid & monthly payment sheet shall be submitted duly signed by contractor and JE E/M to AGE(I) for verification. (ii) The employees are entitled for EPF (no limit is here by declared all employees shall be given EPF) and ESI as per the laid down percentage including all safety precautions shall be provided by the contractor. (iii) In case of requirement tradesmen provided for one area may be utilized in other areas at the discretion of the department without any extra cost to department as directed by AGE(I). (iv) Rate quoted is deemed to be included for reserves staff required to be employed during leave/off the staff employed (v) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of uniform for tradesman employed indication the name of individual and the firm (vi) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for providing Log books & Stationery for all above mentioned installations (vii) The necessary Tools & plants shall be provided by the contractor (viii) EPF & ESI for the workmen employed shall be made by the contractor (ix) The duties /performance of tradesmen/ workmen shall be checked and ensured by the Contractor time to time and the contractor shall be fully responsible for efficient functioning services (x) The contractor shall be responsible for safe custody of Departmental equipments. (xi) The contractor is here by advised to collect minimum fair wages of State Govt. and Central Govt.and payment to the employee shall be credited as per the notification which ever comes higher and also EPF & ESI instructions and its percentage to be remitted shall be ascertained clearly and fully be aware of rate to be quoted for each shift as specified against each items in BOQ including contractors overhead and profit percentage. The contractor will held responsible for the above said provisions. The unit rate quoted is deem to be included for all the provisions as detailed above, irrespective of what contractor has quoted ignorently,nothing will be entertained by the department at a later stage.

Maintenance and operation of Reverse Osmosis water treatment plant of capacity 6000 Ltrs input/3000 Ltrs output consisting of the following at Siruvani Pump house at AFAC Coimbatore for a duration of 08 Hrs in 01 Shift by employing 01 (One) FGM per shift including sunday and holidays to look after above & following and all as specified and directed by AGE (I) i) Coarse filter ii)Activated Carbon filter iii)Feed pump of capacity 2.08 KW- 2 Nos iv) Ultra Sterilisation with UV lamp v) Micro filter vi) Chemical dozing system- 5 Nos vii) High pressure pump 7.5 KW - 2 Nos viii) Pressure vessel with membrane- 6 Nos ix) Instrument. Control Panel - 1 No (b) Consumable chemical required for Chemical dozing system will be supplied by the department. (c) (d) Raw water and electricity will be supplied by department free for use. (e) Timings of shift will be directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (f) Treated permeate water should be suitable for drinking in all respect i.e Biological sand chemical aspects and within permissible limit as specified and IS-100500 of 1991. Reverses osmosis plant running record shall be maintained by the operator. (h) The unit rates includes cleaning and maintenance of RO Plant Room & Pump House and surrounding and the Installation.(j) The operator should be well experienced and technically qualified for maintenance and operation of Reverse Osmosis plant

Maintenance and Operation of Raw Water Main Pump house consisting of centrifugal motor and pump set 5HP 02 No, centrifugal motor and pump set 10HP 02Nos,Submersible pump set of capacity 15/12.5 HP 2 Nos & DG sets 25 KVA-1 No,DG Set 40 KVA- 01 No(43 Single officers Accn and 30 Single officers Accn ) for 16 Hrs in 02 shift of 08 Hrs each 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs, 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs by employing 01(One) FGM per shift including sundays and holidays to look after above all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-1. The Instructions for Daily/weekly/monthly routine maintenance of installations will be given by AGE(I) as per the standard norms. 2. The rate quoted is inclusive of the cost of consumables items like cotton waste, cleaning cloth, battery electrolyte, distilled water, grease, etc, necessary nuts/bolts/washers, Sluice Valve Glands etc for smooth functioning of the installations. 3. The operator shall maintain the Pump House neat and tidy all as directed by the AGE (I) 4.The contractor should ensure all provision as laid down by State / Central Govt.labour commissions Employees provident fund ,ESI and in Contract Labour Act 1970 such as payments of minimum fair wages,working conditions etc are complied. 5. The rate quoted is inclusive provide tools and two set of uniform with logo,saftey helmet,shoe for electrician/FGM Note: The tender has to above for single operator per shift irrespective of shift times etc complete.

Testing of water sample (potable water) once in a month from state Govt PHED/Regional laboratory for chemical/Biological test all as directed.
