Taking out faulty underground 1100 Volt LT cable of different sizes by excavation and removing bricks of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re routing after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new bricks as required. Note: (a) 1100 Volt LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable bricks will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.

Material and Labour for disconnecting burnt end or burnt portion of cable, removing the cable from loop with and including necessary excavation & earth work, relaying and re-connecting the cable by removing burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals including fixing of new lugs for 50 Sqmm 3½ / 4 to 400 Sqmm of LT cable at Poles/Main switch etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable (damaged/broken) PCC electric pole of any type and size, from ground after necessary excavation & breaking of concrete foundation & encasing the pole including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & Errecting Steel Tubular Pole 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate all as specified in IS including the followings:- (a) Excavation in post holes in any types of soil, returning filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m from the starting points. (b) Providing PCC (1: 4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations up to ground level all as specified and directed. (c) Providing PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including necessary form work for plinth block/collar above GL all as specified and directed. (d) Providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work all as specified and directed. (e) Painting of Poles with one coat of red oxide primer and one coat of aluminum paint before fixing and one coat of aluminum paint after fixing. The complete embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black bituminus paint.

Preparation of old painted surfaces of LT PCC poles for cross arms, MS strap, nuts, bolts, washers, cable protection pipe wherever provided etc and painting with one coat of aluminium paint and painting of bottom area of pole upto 2.1 m from ground level with synthetic enamel paint in alternate layer (30 cm wide) with black and yellow paint including writing pole numbers in white letter of approved size on black ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of LT panel boards out door/in door of size up to 3.00 Sqm floor mounted installed at different locations including preparation of exposed surface by removing old paint from the body, cleaning the surface with thinner and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled smoke grey paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement KIOSK Box weather proof made up of one piece mounted on SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door comprising of aluminum bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amp and 6 Amp fuse grip with base for controlling the steet light fitting and FL clamps 30x4mm with necessary MS clamps,nuts bolts and washers and including applying two coasts of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel surface and including embassing/painting of Danger notice of size not less than 10 cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as directed

Earthing complete in replacement with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 3.5 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 2.5 meter below normal ground level, connected with and including galvanised iron earth strip 32 X 6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provisions of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate and testing on completion complete all as specified, directed and shown in Electrical Plate number 3 of MES SSR Part-I NOTES : The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the cost of (a) Excavation and earth work in any type of Soil. Material and labour for carrying out balance distribution of load on LT Lines by checking the existing load on the feeder (3 phase,4wire system) and accordingly shifting & connecting service cables to another phase conductor in accordance with balancing of Electric load. submit feeder wise report for before load balancing and after load balancing as per format given including maintenance of LT panel i.e. titning of all nuts, bolts, washers, clening of LT panel dust etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing worn out/old/broken ACSR conductors of any size and length at any position from LT poles and supply, fixing and stretching new ACSR conductors of any size and type for over head LT poles including binding at site to insulator with suitable size of binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down existing worn out/rusted GI earth wire, cradles, guards of any size and shape at any position from LT poles and Pre stressed concrete poles 9 meters long and stretching new GI earth wire 8 SWG (4 mm dia) on LT poles for continuous earth wire/guards and cradles (hexagonal/rectangular) including 1.6 mm GI binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supplying and fixing in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections twin core cable of size 16 Sqmm flat complete all as specified ad directed.
