F331256/3 , Make - Marathon ) at Jampali OCM Scope of work/detailed job description below:- (I) Replacement damaged stator coil made by 99.96% electrolytic grade copper wire/strip and over all insulation with PGMA and Glass fibre (class H)- 200 Kg (II)Insulating materials class H for slot insulation with nomex mica/PGMA sheet 2-6mm thick, nomex polyester sheet PGMA top class fibre for coil separator and wedge for locking the coil in slot-48 Nos (III) Connecting brazing with standard make brazing rod-2 Kg (IV) Heating, varnishing with standard class F varnishing and finally anti moisture coating with backtrol red-12 Kg (V)Less cost of copper wire (-)=200 Kg
