Upkeeping and maintenance of service buildings of DOC and POC mines under DSA of Chandrapur Area for 2 years.

Day to day cleaning of Sub Area complex including all NRB building like SAM Office, Quality control Office, Civil, & Survey Office, Manager Officer Sector-V, CHP Office, old RC Office, PC section, Dozer section, E & M workshop, PC section, safety Office, Canteen toilet, Substation, Filter plant, Weitometer room, padmapur old SAM Office including maintence of lawn, POC manager Office, POC canteen, POC RC Office and workshop and other building for the works such as brooming and mopping of all office floor, cleaning of all toilet floor & dado, removing of spider net, brooming of surrounding of building, brooming of road surface inside the premises etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, minimum 10(ten) manpower will be engaged for day to day work.

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Maintenance of plant and garden including removal of grass weeding trimming watering etc. all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge (garden infront of same office and civil survey office).

Providing RCC hume pipe NP2 class 1200mm dia for the length of 1.25 mtr. laying vertically on provided platform (for used as dust bin) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in- equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. All kinds of soil

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Carriage of murrum, building rubbish, earth work by mechanical means including loading and unloading etc. Cumplete with 0.50 km lead.
