Note : 1. The tenderer shall note that before quoting his unit rate, all items of works shall be executed in high rise building (16th floor building) & including provision of necessary scaffolding & safety measures. (a) Functional tools & plants shall be carried by tradesman all time for attending any site. (b) Necessary ladder / cloth or any other material reqd. (c) Debris / site clearance immediately before leaving site. (d) Safety eqpt to be carried all time. (e) Scaffolding wherever reqd deemed to be included in quoted rates. (f) A team will consist of 02 person will daily report to JE/AGE (g) Reduction of team can be done only with written permission of concern AGE. (h)Contractor has to attended daily complaint (of sewage) for particular day otherwise penality fo Rs 500/- per day will be leived on contractor. (j) In case of non-adherence of any of above fine/ penalty to be carried as under:- (i) 1st Time - Rs 200/- (ii) 2nd Time - Rs 500/- (iii) 3rd Time - Warning to contractor. (k) In case of 3 warning to contractor, it will be reflected in WLR for slow progress.

Cleaning and desilting of sewage lines of any size any depth by pumping out /removing liquid waste/sewage ,plugging the ends pipes or diverting the flow into drains if necessary, removing silt, sludge etc, sprinkle bleaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell including all precautionary and safety measures, such as safety belts, lighting arrangements face mask etc and removing the same(silt,sludge &other waste material) in leak proof trucks covered with tarpoline to outside of MD land all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities and flushing the sewer lines with fresh water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(Note: The above qty is considered for one year cleaning work will be done on quarterly basis as per plan given and regular complaint will be attended simultanously.)

Cleaning eye (oval access door) for bends , branches, etc of dia not exceeding 100mm at any floor level and refixing the access door in same position after cleaning.

Cleaning and removal of foreign material from inside the Gully trap/WC Pan, Nahani trap, Floor trap etc including removing & re-covering of RCC/CI cover and directly buried in the ground to a distance not exc. 50 m along with spreading of bleaching powder complete one or more times all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cleaning the existing drainage/culvert including removing cover slab carefully without damaging and clean soils,spoils,vegetation,silt etc and relaying cover slabs and removing waste materials outside MD Land complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, upto 16th floor of bldg,complete all as specified.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair, complete all as specified.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and apply two coats of Acrylic emulsion exterior paint of required shade : (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete all as specified. (Note : Work carried out upto 7th floor of building quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of scaffolding and necessary safety precaution.)
