Attending the complaints of non functional ceiling fan/ exhaust fan of any sweep and testing and repairing the ceiling/ exhaust fan without taking down by checking/ replacing of fan condenser, fan regulators hanging accessories and connection of wires etc. and making fan serviceable complete all as directed. Notes:-(a) Replacement of items such as fan condenser, fan regulator, flexible cable multi stranded 3 core shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Repairing up to two fans at a time in one quarter will be CONSIDERED AS ONE COMPLAINT and more than two fans at a time, two complaints/ visit shall be considered for same quarter.

Supply only capacitor 2.5 mfd for ceiling fans of any make/ model/ sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only capacitor 3.15 mfd for ceiling fans of any make/ model/ sweep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting and taking down defective/ unserviceable ceiling fan 1200/ 1400mm sweep with down rod from ceiling hook at any locations, transporting to civil workshop for repairs, dismantling the same, removing burnt windings from the stator, cleaning the stator slots properly and rewinding with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, varnishing with golden colour varnish, greasing/ oiling of bush and ball bearings, replacement of missing/ worn out nuts, bolts, washers, split pin etc. and testing after reassembling and back to site after repairs and refixing back on the same location, making electrical connections and testing for proper working complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting and taking down defective/ unserviceable exhaust fan of 300mm sweep with frame from the existing location, transporting to civil workshop for repairs, dismantling the same, removing burnt windings from the stator, cleaning the stator slots properly and rewinding with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, varnishing with golden colour varnish, greasing, lubricating, replacement of missing/ worn out nuts, bolts, washers, split pins etc. and testing after reassembling and back to site after repairs and refixing back on the same location, making electrical connections and testing for proper working complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting and taking down defective/ unserviceable flame proof exhaust fan of 380mm/ 450mm sweep from the existing location, transporting to civil workshop for repairs, dismantling the same, removing burnt windings from the stator, cleaning the stator slots properly and rewinding with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge including replacement of insulating materials such as laminated lethroid paper, sleeves, varnishing with golden colour varnish, greasing, lubricating, replacement of missing/ worn out nuts, bolts & washers, split pins etc. and testing after reassembling and back to site after repairs and refixing back on the same location, making electrical connections and testing for proper working complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of ball bearing No 6202/ 6203 suitable for 1200/ 1400mm sweep ceiling fans/exhaust fans (any size) of any model complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of down rod with two nos canopies for any sweep/ size/ model of ceiling fan complete upto 2 feet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of down rod with two nos canopies for any sweep/ size/ model of ceiling fan complete upto 3 feet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ceiling fan stator assembly including new copper winding as per existing suitable for 1200/1400 mm sweep ceiling fan of any make and type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of steel louvers suitable for exhaust fan of size 300mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of steel louvers suitable for exhaust fan of size 450mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of steel louvers suitable for exhaust fan of size 600mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of ceiling fan brackets complete with nuts/bolts/rubber reel and safety pin etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement ceiling fan blades dynamically balanced suitable for 1200/1400 mm sweep ceiling fans of any make complete all as directed.

Supply and replacement of PVC insulated sheathed flexible cable, served with copper conductor of working voltage 1100 Volt grade, cross sectional area 0.50 Sqmm x 3 core fixed to ceiling rose to fan any shape of size with saddles including making connections complete all as specified and directed.

Attending complaints of non functional geysers of capacity 25/ 50 ltrs and repairing it without taking down by checking/ replacing heating elements, thermostats, PVC connections, indicating lamps, safety valves, MCBs and connection of wires etc. and making geyser serviceable all as specified and directed. (Note. (i) Items such as heating elements, thermostats, PVC connections, indicating lamps, safety valves, MCBs, top and bottom plates and copper cable 2.5 Sqmm 3 core etc. shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and replacement of PVC water connection heavy duty 450mm long suitable for 15mm bore with flare nut and washers for inlet (cold water) connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of PVC water connection heavy duty 450mm long suitable for 15mm bore with flare nut and washers for outlet (hot water) connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of heating element of capacity 2.00 kW (triangle type) suitable for geyser of capacity 25/ 50Ltr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of thermostat suitable for geyser of capacity 25/ 50Ltr of any type / make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of safety valve suitable for geyser of capacity 25 ltrs/ 50 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement sheet metal encloser with two pin and earth plug & socket flush mounted with & including 32 amps single pole 240 volts MCB 'B' curve and metallic top complete including making good the disturbed surfaces all as directed.

Supply and replacement of PVC insulated sheathed flexible cable, served with copper conductor of working voltage 1100 volt grade, cross sectional area 2.5 Sqmm x 3 core for geysor power supply including making connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of plug top 3 pin 15 Amp, 240 Volts, complete all as directed and specified.

M&L disconnecting electric & water supply connection, taking down the geyser of capacity 25/ 50 Ltr from buildings for repair/ replacement of defective components such as base assembly, inner shell etc. and overhauling/ painting of geyser including refixing the same after repairs complete all as specified and directed. Note: Replacement of components such as inner shell, base assembly shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and replacement of inner shell of water heater with New Stainless Steel inner shell of capacity 25 litre as per existing model complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of inner shell of water heater with New Stainless Steel inner shell of capacity 50 litre as per existing model complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of base assembly/ siphon assembly copper chromium plated suitable for geyser of 25 Ltr capacity of any make and type complete with jointing materials like rubber sheet, nut & bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of base assembly/ siphon assembly copper chromium plated suitable for geyser of 50 Ltr capacity of any make and type, complete with jointing materials like rubber sheet, nut & bolts, complete all as per relevant IS specification and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Chromium plated Gun metal NRV of size 15mm bore, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement MS wall fastener, 100mm long, 8mm dia for geyser fixing with washers, nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/ taking out existing stainless steel solar tank of capacity upto 300 litre from existing structure (mounting stand), disconnecting inlet and outlet connection & all the electrical connections for repairs as specified and directed.

M&L for refixing stainless steel solar tank of capacity 300 ltrs on structure (mounting stand), connecting inlet and outlet connection using necessary fittings, accessories and making electrical connections complete all as specified and directed. Note - Quoted rate shall include the cost of replacement of rusted nuts/bolts/washers and worn out gaskets shall be carried out as per site requirement & nothing extra shall be admissible.

M&L for cleaning existing stainless steel solar tank of capacity 300 litre from inside, brazing/ descaling the brass/ copper tubes of solar panel from inside with suitable chemical including repair to minor leaking complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rotational moulded PVC, triple layered, white/ Black colour water storage tanks of capacity 500 litre (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with & including all fittings such as GI tank nipple etc. including taking down existing tank complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of glass wool/rockwool insulation ( 50 mm thickness on the bottom and 25 mm thickness on the sides) of the existing stainless steel solar tank of capacity 300 litre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rotational moulded PVC, triple layered, white/ Black colour water storage tanks of capacity 1000 litre (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with & including all fittings such as GI tank nipple etc. including taking down existing tank complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of toughened glass collector of sizes 1.00m x 2.00m x 4mm thick in replacement of existing SWHS collector glasses complete all as specified and directed. Note - Quoted rate shall include the cost of removing of broken glass and further disposal, replacement of rubber gaskets/fixing screws etc for proper fixing of the glass & nothing extra shall be admissible.

Supply & fixing in repairs heavy duty hose pipe 25 mm bore connecting with solar plate collector and hot water reservoir tank including circular clamps on both ends of each piece of the hose pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs 6 mm thick MS sheet cut to required size as per site requirement including painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

Supply & fixing in repair heating element with built in thermostat 2 KW (Heavy duty) to stainless steel solar tank by disconnecting electric connection including re-connecting after fixing heating element complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair stainless steel solar heater tank of capacity 300 ltrs , connecting inlet and outlet connection by using GI pipe, fittings, accessories and making all the electrical connections complete including painting the mounting stand with two coats of black synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed

M&L for submain wiring complete with two runs of 4.0 sqmm single core, multi-stranded, FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade with copper conductor, drawn through existing surface/ concealed conduits with one run of 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly including takingout old submain wiring complete all as specified. Note: Two runs of 4.0 sqmm multi-stranded cable and one run of 4.0sqmm cable as earth continuity conductor shall be considered as one unit length.

S&F in replacement DB sheet metal enclosure double door for MCB’s company made, SPN 240 Volts 4 ways with IP 42 protection with 200 amps rated bus bars including 32 amp SPN MCB - 01 No and 20 amps SP MCB - 02 Nos complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20mm bore medium grade GI tubing with all fitting fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 25mm bore medium grade GI tubing with all fitting fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclosure for incoming MCCB and outgoing MCBs factory made double door, VTPN 415 volts 4 ways with 200 Amp bus bar with IP43 protection including incoming MCCB 100 amps FP 25 KA - 01 No and outgoing MCB SP 63 amps - 06 Nos and MCB SP 6-32 amps-06 Nos complete in all aspects all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of the existing solar heater collector comprising of 05 Nos solar panels of size appx 2.0m x 1.0m x 0.1m as following complete all as specified and directed :- [a] Disconnecting the water supply and removing colletor glass carefully by removing fixing screws and keeping aside for refixing - 05 nos [b] Cleaning of entire collector area dust free with a suitable blower carefully and by using mild chemicals/soft brush/ soft cloth. Checking for any minor leakage in the tubes and repairing by brazing properly. [c] Relacement of top glass gaskets as per existing size and worn out fixing screws - 05 Nos [d] Replacement of 25 mm dia round shaped rubber gaskets with nuts , bolts and washers as per existing size for colletor panels interconnections - 06 Nos [e] Refixing the collector glass and testing for proper working.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation of pole, laying of cable etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in excavated soil in layer not exceeding 25cm thick in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtrs above the starting points complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to cables with a layer of sand 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm depth after laying & stretching of cable) complete all as specified. Note: Punned thickness overall 18cm shall be measured & paid.

Supply and laying old size sub class ‘B’ bricks as in protection of cable laid dry flat perpendicular to direction of cable abutting each other complete all specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70sqmm 3½ core laid in trenches/ passing through GI tubing etc. including taking out old cable complete as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50sqmm 3½ core laid in trenches/ passing through GI tubing etc. including taking out old cable complete as specified and directed.
