M&L for Non-skid ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick , (square rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of the tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement sand mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tilling,cement mortar bedding(but not backing) , terrazzo toping, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F Steel windows with side hung shutters (Double shutter glazing and mesh) including projecting type hinge with steel handle and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars,and guard bars, dovetailed or welded. , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note: Glass and wire mesh shall be measured and paid separtely.

S & F Steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay, lugs as in hold fast with locking arrangements, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-O, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate finished fair and even etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.
