Dismantling of terracing tiles/brick tiles single layer on roof,laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition by using hand held electric drills, cutting machine, chisels etc (direct use of hammers on RCC roof for demolition is strcitly prohibited) of roof treatment including padding concrete of any description including mud in roof any thickness with and including roughening old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4 ) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding and coping including hunching, benching etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick in CM(1:3) rendering on fair faces concrete surfaces/roof top mixed with liquid water proofing compound finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L roof kerb of cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 graded stone aggregate mixed with and including SBR ploymer as per manufacturer's instructions all around periphery of the wall complete all specified and directed.

M & L preparation of newly plastered sufaces of roof including cleaning the surfaces by using wire brush / pressure hose and applying high performance polyurethene liquid membrane roof coating cold applied in two coats @ 1.5Kg /Sqm/ 2 coats spray/ brush applied, with an elongation of 300% to 700% and tensile strength of not less than 3 N/Sqmm as per ASTM D412 and ASTM D2370, crack bridging abiltity of 3.5mm as per ASTM C1305, shore a hardness of not less than 60 as per ASTM D2240. The item includes epoxy primer applied @ 0.15Kg/Sqm and a geotextile of 40 GSM to be applied over first coat while first coat is still wet,complete as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: The contractor shall submit a gurantee of 10 years from the date of completion of work for roof treatment alongwith manufacturer's gurantee. The amount of Rs. 40 ( Forty ) per Sqm and min of Rs. 4000/- for roof treatment shall be withheld from contractor's final bill till the expiry of gurantee period. The contractor at his own option may furnish fix deposit receipt pledged in favour of GE(I) Kanpur against guarantee money. 2. The roof treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator of manufacturer. The name of applicator shall be got approved from GE before commencement of work.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered roof surface by cleaning surface free from dust and other foreign materials etc. and laying Mineral finish APP polymer modified membrane pre fabricated 3mm thick with non woven polyester matt central core of 160 gms/Sqm weighing not less than 3.00 kg per sqm, laid over primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.4 lit/sqm by using LPG/Butane torch and applying uniform pressure with a roller with overlap of 100mm in longitudinal direction and 150mm in transverse direction laid as per manufacturers instructions and ends sealed with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with and inclduing SBR latex @200 ml/bag of cement curved well complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The contractor shall submit a gurantee of 10 years from the date of completion of work for waterproofing treatment alongwith manufacturer's gurantee. The amount of Rs. 25 ( Twenty Five ) per Sqm and min of Rs. 2500/- for waterproofing treatment shall be withheld from contractor's final bill till the expiry of gurantee period. The contractor at his own option may furnish fix deposit receipt pledged in favour of GE(I) Kanpur against guarantee money.

M&L for brick tiles 40mm thick with minimum flexural strength 1.5 N/Sqmm set, joints grouted flush in CM 1:3 mixed with chemical (plasticizer) by weight of cement over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Raking out joints/pointing to brick work , brick tiles, laid flat, in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L flush pointing to 30 cm by 15 cm brick tiles laid flat in paving & roofs in cm 1:3 including chemical plasticizer by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls exposing the surface till brick level, as specified and directed.

M & L for Complete removal of existing paint, Putty and primer coating and exposing the surface till plaster level, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick in CM(1:4) rendering on fair faces brick wall concrete surfaces and parapet wall mixed with liquid water proofing compound finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for Acid/Alkali wash and drying of any existing efflorescence and leaving the wall to dry for min. 3 days and watch for any extra efflorescence. The surface to be washed with clean water and left to dry for 3 to 4 hours before application of further treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and Applying , one component penetrative-cum-film forming interior waterproofing solution, with negative hydrostatic resistance upto 4 bar, with forced coverage of 350 ml per Sqm single coat using brush or roller, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and Applying, two components acrylic polymer modified cementitious coating on new masonry surfaces devoid of plaster, with Hydrostatic resistance upto 5 bars with forced coverage of 1.75 Kg per Sqm in two coats using roller or brush with a gap of 4 to 6 hrs between the coats. The coats to be applied shall be perpendicular to each other complete all as specified and directed. Note : The Coverage is to be strictly maintained for film formation.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall and Applying Two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including cornices plaster etc and applying two coat oil bound distemper of any colour on over a coat of primer over applying a coat of wall care putty on wall including rubbing with sand paper to achieve a smooth surface and sharp straight edges etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling system with DUNE(MICRO LOCK) EDGE TILES WITH ARMSTRONG XL 15mm EXPOSED STEEL ANGLE. The tiles should have humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC upto 0.5, Light reflectance >85%, Thermal conductivity k=0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire performance Class 0/Class1 (BS 476 part 6&7) in module size of 600X600X16 mm with Bio Block coating on the face of tiles, suitable for green building application, with recycled content of 38-41%. The steel angle should be of 'Armstrong' make with 15mm wide T-section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T-sections i.e the Main Runner, 1200mm & 600mm Cross section tees with a web height of 32, 27 & 27mm and a load carrying capacity of 7.5Kgs/sqm. The T-sections have a Galvanizing of 90gms per Sqm & passed through 500hrs of salt test, perimeter trim to be Armstrong wall angles of Size 30X19X19 mm , secured to walls at 450mm maximum centre to centre complete all as specified and directed according to manufacturers instruction.

Taking down wall panelling,wooden flooring and similar work as specified and directed.

S & F 5mm thick plain/printed coloured PVC sheet in strips & channel feathered at the edges for fixing on solid PVC wall lining, Insulated PVC wall Lining, and solid PVC partitions inclusive of Solvent cement at site complete as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450x300 mm & 6 to 7 mm thick on vertical surface of walls such as in dado, skirting etc; including and jointing in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with shade of tiles, including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation and complete all as specified and directed.
