Removal, cleaning, servicing & reinstallation of analytical probes such as O2 (probe and erosion shield), CO and Opacity, SOx-NOx probe, Camera, Sonic Probe , Dissolved oxygen and conductivity probe at hot well etc. Replacement, cleaning & reinstallation of hydra step and its auxiliaries.
Servicing of Pneumatic Accessories Like positioners’ Air Lock Relay, Air Filter, Regulator, Solenoid Valve, Position Feedback Transmitters etc.
Removal, Servicing and Reinstallation of Scanners/Igniters.
Internal Cleaning of UPS Panels along with panel cooling fan replacement (if Any) & Connection tightening & contacts cleaning of Battery bank terminals installed at various sites.
Jointing of Fiber Optical cable.
Fabrication of FTE cable/Crimping of communication port.
Cleaning/ flushing of Impulse lines (Including cutting if required) which also involve dismantling & normalizing the lines after flushing and arresting of leakages if any.
Arresting leakages from the fittings of the valve manifolds/level switches/ transmitters/ flow switches etc.
Repair/ welding in the impulse line, Thermo well stubs & joints in case of leakages in HP&LP Lines.
Any alteration, fabrication of structure platform, canopies.
Supply of unskilled labour.
Painting of C&I Equipments on the basis of per square mtr. Enamel Paint of reputed make will be in the scope of contractor.
