M&L Soling (or sub base) of 150 mm spreaded thick with brocken boulders of quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed on consolidated to required gradient and camber including with roller of capacity exc 8 ton but not exc 10 ton complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 150 mm thick (2 layer of 75mm compacted thickness) of WBM of Granite, trap or basalt, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required all as spfd and directed complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Preparation of new or previously treated surfaces to receive painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc on roads, pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow colour complete all as specified and as directed

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed

Maroom/red bajri filling in pavings laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, as in berms, rolled and consolidated to required garadient and camber complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable sizes per manufactures instructions.etc. complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

S&F Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed

S&F Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro-reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900mm diameters support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2mm thick aluminium sheet face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message, symbol and boarders etc as per IRC -67-2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat & pressure conforming to class 2 of ASTM D 4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable size aluminium alloy rivet @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of MS angle iron of size 25x25x3mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos MS angle of size 35x35x5mm to a vertical post made up to MS Tee section ISMT 50X50X6mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing MS message plate of required size steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc.complete all as directed.

M & L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc.10cm in width type C1 (1:3:6 ) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and set in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for extra for forming fair finished channel or drain 30cm girth (inner girth) in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds stopped complete all as specified and directed

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 1 (using 20mm graded coarse aggregate) as surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 ( 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, bed plates for angle iron etc. set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for laying of Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3 with one collar per length of pipe 600mm dia bore of pipe including sealing of joints, fittings etc with collar complete all as specified.

M&L for providing cement concrete ( 1 : 3 : 6) type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) to drain pipes including packing under surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested for 600mm dia pipe complete all as specified.
