Construction of R.C.C berm on both side of Biharipur Drain from RD 0m to RD 1000m to make drain approachable for cleaning and desilting for the year 2025-26.

Construction, maintenancel of cross bundies of earth filled E.C. Bags to enclosed pockets each of about 50 meters length in the drain and to continuously pumping out the standing drain water/rain water/ water coming from nearby houses/ sludge/sewage entering into the drain from all possible sources including surface as well as sub surface to keep the pockets dry for satisfactory execution of work along the drain length and removal of cross bundies. (The payment of bundies shall be made 50% during the execution and balance 50% shall be released after excavation of work and removal of bundies.)

Desilting of drain by manual labour/ mechanical means for removal of silt/ malba/garbage etc. from the bed of the drain as well as under the bridges /culverts including working in or under water / foul conditions as per site conditions complete.

Shifting of excavated desilted material/ malba/garbage and unhygenic deposite etc. from site to collection centre i.e. at near by own land with in a lead of 3 Km. by Tractor Trolley or other means including loading, unloading, including in foul conditions etc. complete. All kind of desilted material/garbage/malba.

Disposal of silt, other waste material available after cleaning of the drain by mechanical means including loading, transporting unloading rehandlling including excavation of dumped flaoting materail working under foul condition (if any) etc. complete to outside in contractor scope for his own use with all leads and lifts by mechanical transport including, loading , unloading, transporting, re-handling dressing of bank etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in -charge. Note:- 1. The agency shall intimate department regarding place of disposal with document & photograph. The department will make inspection of the disposal site before releasing payment final level shall be recorded in the level book of the work under said items.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Disposal of moorum/ building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note - Item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement/plying of load carriying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more.

Close timbering in trenches including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) complete. (Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered).Depth exceeding 3 m but not exceeding 4.5 m

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar .

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.” Note : Excess/less cement used than specified in this item is payable/ recoverable separately. All works upto plinth level : M-10 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considered @ 220 kg/cum).
