Repair/ maint and day to day misc elect works and summer and winter appliances at MH area and AMC Units under GE (East) Jalandhar Cantt

Attending day to day complaints of no power supply short circuit, current leakage of internal electric system in light circuit, or power circuit or any other circuit due to burning/disconnecting of any wire i.e. neutral/ phase, loose connection at switch, socket, MCB and tripping of MCB complete incl diagnosing, rectification of fault, any petty repair required to restore the electric supply healthy for checking of existing electrical items for continuous electric supply including carrying out minor repairs such as changing of fuse, small pieces of wires etc, carrying out repairs such as tightening of loosen electric connections, nuts, bolts screws in switches, sockets, switch board, ceiling fans/ exhaust fans, DBs, junction box etc., required to make the circuit functional during 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs by deploying electrician alongwith helper including necessary tools complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) Repairs/ faults in any two circuit upto 8 points/ one DB shall be considered as one complaint (one measuring unit) even if repair is involved in more than one light point or fitting.

(b) Number of complaints may vary day to day. Contractor shall quote his rates accordingly. (c) Rs. 100 /Complaint will be deducted drom RAR for every pending complaint if complaint is not completed satisfactorily after 12 hrs of complaint handover to electrician on telephone/written (d) Contractor shall ensure that the deployed electrician & helper will carry all T&P, functional and live mobile phone while on duty and will be on contact with JE/ Engineer-in-Charge without any extra cost payable to contractor. (e) Contractor shall be responsible for collection of all ON LINE, off line/ telephonic complaints and handing over the same to complaint cell after rectification duly signed by user with details of stores fixed after attending/ completion of the job on the same day. The payment of this item will be released only after recipt of all complaint slips.
