PROVIDING LIGHTING ARRANGEMENT AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN WARD NO. 35 UNDER SUB DIVISION NO. 3, M.C. CHANDIGARH

Supply and Erection of 2.5” dia. G.I. Pipe pole 4.5 Mtrs long. Supply, Fabrication & Erection of 2.5” dia G.I. pipe pole having length 4.5 long, B class (medium) Jindal/ Tata/ Birla make ISI marked. The pole shall be erected 3’ below ground level in 8” dia. RCC muff ready made. The gap between the pole and muff shall be filled with cement concrete in ratio of 1:2:4 and making required no. of holes in the pole including carriage of pole to the site of work including all labour and material required to complete the job including suitable size of nipple welded with the pipe. Material to be (Jindal, Hissar or better brand Only). The cost includes a plinth of cement concrete of 12”x12” size and 2” thick. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

S/E of CC Collars including following:- a) The box shall be enclosed in a cement collar made from cement concrete 1:2:4 with outside dia 16”. b) The collar shall be embedded in the group upto 6” shall stand 9” above ground shall have housed 12” high SMC Box and 6” top over the box. c) The collar shall be provided with 2 G.I. Pipe of 40mm dia and 45cm long to facilitate entry of cables in the junction box after digg out the cable loops from earth complete in all respects, connections etc. d) The collar shall be plastered properly finished, curing and painted with 2 coats of Apex paint of superior quality. e) Providing and Fixing junction box of size 250x200x100mm inside dimensions of thermosetting sheet moulding compound material of robust construction with double hinge, side clamp locking arrangement. The existing ckt cable loops be made properly connection after digging from the earth and refilling the same position. There should be a terminal Strip (Thimble type) 30 amp, one no. Kitkat, rating suitable for minimum 4x16 sq.mm aluminum cable termination. The sheath of the armoured cable should be properly thimbed with the pole for proper earthing. Curing of CC Collar must be done as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The junction box should have two numbers PVC Glands with sufficient space for cable entry and loose wires complete in all respect.

Supply & laying of ISI marked 3.5 core 35 mm sq PVC Insulated Aluminum conductor armoured cable (PVC Sheathed) of make Havells/ Finolex/ Cirtina/ Ecko/ Lapp/ Polycab/ KEI conforming IS:1554 (Pt.1) amended. The cable to be laid in trench/ pipe as per DSR Code 7.5.1/2022 MV CB PIP-25 Part-II (External). The job included all Connections, Commissioning and testing of phase supply Material Testing report to be submitted and material to be supplied at site after confirmation from Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & laying of ISI marked 3.5 core 50 mm sq PVC Insulated Aluminium armoured cable loose in trench/pipe:- Supply & laying of ISI marked 3.5 core 50 mm sq PVC Insulated Aluminum conductor armoured cable (PVC Sheathed) of make Havells/ Finolex/ Cirtina/ Ecko/ Lapp/ Polycab/ KEI conforming IS:1554 (Pt.1) amended. The cable to be laid in trench/ pipe as per DSR Code 7.5.2/2022 MV CB PIP-25 Part-II (External). The job included all Connections, Commissioning and testing of phase supply Material Testing report to be submitted and material to be supplied at site after confirmation from Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & laying of ISI marked 4 core 16 mm sq PVC Insulated Aluminium armoured cable loose in trench/pipe:- Supply & laying of ISI marked 4 core 16 mm sq PVC Insulated Aluminum conductor armoured cable (PVC Sheathed) of make Havells/ Finolex/ Cirtina/ Ecko/ Lapp/ Polycab/ KEI conforming IS:1554 (Pt.1) amended. The cable to be laid in trench/ pipe as per DSR Code 7.5.1/2022 MV CB PIP-25 Part-II (External). Material Testing report to be submitted and material to be supplied at site after confirmation from Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Laying of DWC pipe 51/63mm without hand bockey:- DSR 14.16.1 (75 cm below) Supply and Laying of pipe (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) Without Hand Bockey High Density Polyethylene pipe ISI marked (HDPE Density 240 to 958 KG/Cm3) having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface inner wall with average wall thickness for outer layer as 1.1+0.1mm and for inside layer 1.2+0.1mm maintenance free, ‘C’ value over 150 with lowest frictional losses, good weathering resistance, with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930/ IS 16205 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (depth as per the direction of Engineer in charge or upto 75 cm below ground/ road level by digging the ground or cutting the road/ paver blocks upto required level & laying of DWC pipe for laying L.T. upto 1.1 KV grade) cables etc. including excavation and refilling of digging including sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required and PSEN-50086 (P-I & II) of Make Gemini, Rex, Duraline. The entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of work.

Supply & Laying of DWC pipe 51/63mm with hand bockey:- DSR 14.15.1 (75 cm below) Supply and Laying of pipe (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) With Hand Bockey High Density Polyethylene pipe ISI marked (HDPE Density 240 to 958 KG/Cm3) having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface inner wall with average wall thickness for outer layer as 1.1+0.1mm and for inside layer 1.2+0.1mm maintenance free, ‘C’ value over 150 with lowest frictional losses, good weathering resistance, with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930/ IS 16205 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (depth as per the direction of Engineer in charge or upto 75 cm below ground/ road level by digging the ground or cutting the road/ paver blocks upto required level & laying of DWC pipe for laying L.T. upto 1.1 KV grade) cables etc. including excavation and refilling the trench but including sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required and PSEN-50086 (P-I & II) of Make Gemini, Rex, Duraline. PAINTING & NUMBERING OF POLES 4.5 Mtr. LONG Painting of poles above ground level with two coats of Al paint of Nerolec/Asian/ICI duly approved by the Engineer-in-charge. The pole surface should be cleaned well by removing dust/rust & other depositions Numbering on the pole be done on two sides on each pole with yellow and the number should be written in black letters of 3” in length.The Cement collar around the pole should be painted with two coats of good quality white colored snowcem. The job includes the cost of paint of existing Junction box cover with Red paint and any other petty material require to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Painting and Numbering of 7.5/10 mtr long existing street light pole above ground level with two coats of Al. paint of superior quality alongwith single/ double/ triple arm/ round bracket. The pole surface should be cleaned well by removing dust/rust & other depositions .The job includes cost of labour required for holding the ladder and controlling the traffic while using crane/ boom.Numbering on the pole be done on two sides on each pole by painting 4" dia round with yellow paint and make number with black paint. The Cement collar around the pole should be painted with two coats of good quality white colored snowcem. The job includes the cost of paint of existing Junction box cover with Red paint and any other petty material require to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge
