Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming using excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concreting, complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footing, foundations, beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc., basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, base of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work; vertical or to batter flat surface rough finished complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1, 1:2:4, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions with rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floor, window cills, concrete railing, openings in concrete walls, floor and roof not exceeding 20cm wide and sides of RCC / PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over cut and upto and including 10mm dia stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1979 grade St-240 etc conforming to FE-290 gde-E-165 including painted one shop coat of zinc chrome primer paint (including preparation of suface) at contractor's workshop before fabrication complete all as specifed and directed.

Mild Steel base plate, bolts, purpose made, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 30 cm long and not exceeding 12mm dia completed all as specifed and directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed.

Aluminium anodised snap grid frame work for false ceiling with 605mm x 605mm size, consisting of main tee of size 23.50mm x 36.50mm x 1.50mm, cross tee of size 23.50mm x 23.50mm x 1.50mm, and wall angle of size 36.00mm x 25.0mm x 1.50mm of approved make includiong all necessary cutting, fixing of aluminium section firmly in position with and including stewel hangers 6mm dia G.I wire (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 40mm long in soffit of slab/ walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 6mm thick calcium silicate board of siliceous and calceareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600mm x 600mm grid fixed on metal frame work all as specified and directed. Note: Metal Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately.

Pre-cast cement concrete block masnory with solid block exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work/ Stone or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying of wall care putty approx 3mm thick in two layer as per maufacturer's instruction on existing prepared surface and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

External Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @1.43litre/10Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10Sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Rates shall be quoted inclusive of required scafolding for a height upto 10 meters buildings.

Spreading levelling layer not exceeding 25cm with soil well ramming with watering filling under floors all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to floor 100mm thick all as specified and directed.

Plain cement conncrete 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregates in floor 25mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 8-10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of existing tiled flooring all as specified and directed.
