Biosafety Lab Validation including ,particle counting ,PAO Test of all hepa filters Video graphy for all Classified AHU's etc. approvable by local/foreign regulatory authoraties. - Duct Leak test should be done with rolastar duct leak test machine as per SMACNA standards and leak test printouts to be submitted. Air veslosity monitoring should be done with air flow hood. air velosity monitoring for all AHU also should be performed. All the test shall be performed as per WHO/BMBL Guidelines/Standard. Laboratory test certification is the systematic review of all safety features and processes associated with the Lab (Engg, control, personal protective equipments, building and system integrity, standard Operating Performance (SOPs) and Administrative control such as documentation and record retention system. Validation should Include Following test: Air Flow Velocity and ACPH Test Pressure Balancing Filter Integrity Test Particle Count Test Airflow Pattern Recovery Test Temp and RH Monitoring for 3 days by data logger Duct Leak Test as per SMACNA Room Air Leakage Test (As permodular partitions technical specs)
