SCHEDULE ‘A’ (Part-III). Supply & Constr of PFTS shelter (7.20m x 2.20m) 06 men Toilet Block including plinth/Foundation, Vitrified Tiles flooring, plinth protection, electrification, water supply & Sanitary fittings, MS water Tank staging with PVC water tank of 1000 Ltrs capacity (Tech Specications & drawings as specified in NIT). Drawing No DGAR/ENGR/COB/114 sheet No. 01/3 to 3/3 attached in tender.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ (Part-IV) (Security Fencing of 500 Mtr perimeter) Drawing No DGAR/ENGR/COB/116 sheet No 01 to 02 attached in tender. Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m. all kind of soil.

Provision and laying in position of plain cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Provision, Centering & shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, plinth,posts etc.

Supply & constr at site Angle iron post & strut of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia. etc. complete. 65X65X6 mm angle iron post for both Iron pillar and strut post.

Supply & Fencing with welded steel wire fabric fencing with posts of specified material and standard design of size 75 mmx 75mm using 4 mm dia GI wire.

Providing and fixing of extra FI Sup for barbed wire of 40x 6 mm flat iron section.

Supply & Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work on chain link fencing.

Provision & fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia 10 metre openable length (total length 90m) having 50 Nos founds per 6 metre length, upto 3m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or G.I barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Engineer.

Provision & Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. 16.18.1 With G.I. barbed wire.

Provision & Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work on chain link fencing

SCHEDULE ‘A’ (Part-V) (Interlocking Paver Blocks Road of 100 m). Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & laying stone aggregate of 90 to 45 mm size of WBM with moroum as binding material including 13.2mm size stone screening sorting, watering spreading to template, compacting stone aggregate in uniformed thickness and consolodiation with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity in two layer with proper gradient and camber etc complete(150mm thick ) (93 mm to 45 mm,stone screening 13.2 mm,stone screening 11.2 mm & Compaction with power rioller).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 Graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc, all complete as per the direction of Engineering - in - charge.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ (Part-VI) (R.R Masonry Retaining wall with Drain =100 Mtrs Drawing No DGAR/ENGR/COB/12 sheet No 01. Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying of cement concrete in cooping of R.R masonry retaining walls of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering with mix of 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto floor five level.

Raised and cut pointing in stone work in white cement mortar mix of 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand).

Supplying and stacking at site 20 mm size stone aggregate as a backfill to the retaining wall.

Providing & fixing unplasticised Rigid PVC sewer pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes 75 mm diameter.

Providing & laying of position plain cement concrete of specified grade excliding the cost of centering and shuttering with mix of 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) all work upto plinth level.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m disposal soil to be levelled and neatly dressed . All kind of soil.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m disposal soil to be levelled and neatly dressed . All kind of soil.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of exca vated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
