Material& labour for cutting & taking down of existing (ISMB) MS girder in run of two of fondation of VT Axial Pump set Cap 2.5/5 Cs. capacity including cutting charges by welding machine/cutter,making hole in RCC/Brick/PCC wall by hammer/pneumatic tool etc complete all as required at site and directed by Engineer-In Charge at pump house AM-2.
Structural steel work riveted bolted or welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting hosting and fixing in position and applying a prime coat of approved steel primer all complete. (Providing & fixing by making required size /length at site in pair of MS cross Girder (ISMB) in 2 run of length of size 300 mmx140mm for foundation of 2.5/5 Cs. VT Axial Flow pump including supply,fixing & welding One end of ISMB shall be grouted into wall by making arrangement Of PCC block of suitable size as per weight of pump 2.5/5 Cs. capacity and other end shall be welded with fixing of L-bracket and nut/bolts/washers etc into existing ISMB member. MAKE: TATA/JINDAL/SAIL/VAIZAG) at pump house AM-2. (HSR Item No. 13.28)
Material and Labour of making good the disturbed surface of wall with brick massionary work and with PCC block in CM mortar 1:2:4 of suitable size for holding of ISMB cross girder into wall all as directed at pump house AM-2.
Material & labour for painting two coats excluding primer coat with ready mixed paint(Epoxy paint) for metallic surface in all shades on new steel or iron work at pump house AM-2.
Wrought iron work for repair/making of track rack, grating/ safety jaal near pumps and making of M.S. Almirah in PH building at 1. Pump House KHM-1 :- 775.19 Kg. 2. Pump House RPM-1 :- 852.75 Kg. 3. Pump House AM-1 :- 750.08 Kg. 4. Pump House AM-2 :- 722.60 Kg.
Dismantling of existing delivery wall pipe of 2.5/5 Cs. VT pump including, all other T&P required at site through welding and refixing after inserting new gap piece of M.S. pipe complete as directed at pump house AM-2.
Providing, supply, fabrication & fixing/connecting the gap piece of M.S. pipe of dia 215/275 mm (OD) and thickness 7.1 mm and length 24 inch and including welding of M.S. Flange heavy duty of suitable size, machining work, MS nut& bolt, washer, gaskit etc. with complete as per site requirement at pump house AM-2.
Credit of Old Scrap of Iron (Actual weight of old scrap will be measured by the committee). Old scrap/parts shall be property of firm
