M&L for scarifying or picking up gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam in area not exc 400 Sqm, depth exc 50 mm but n.exc 100 mm by using power machinery or by hand picking tools carefully without damaging existing road surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam (WBM), with Granite, trap or basalt of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated with 8-10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing WBM surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping the surface with brooms and finally fanning to clean the surface with mechanical Air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. And applying evenly a prime coat with bituminous sprayer using paving bitumen VG-30 at the rate of 10Kg/10Sqm on WBM surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam consolidated thickness 75 mm or less, with using 4% binder content by weight of total mix with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 penetration, mixed by using hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using vibratory/penumatic/tandem power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old black top bituminous surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. Sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical Air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. And applying evenly a tack coat with paving bituminous primer using using paving bitumen VG-30 at the rate of 5 Kg/10 Sqm on black top surface and M&L for bituminous premix Ashphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30, mixed by using hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient wit vibratory/penumatic/tandem power roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Note1 : Cement shall be used as filler at mininum 2% by weight of total mix in event of variation in design mix the percentage of filler content shall be on plus side adopted. (b)SDAC shall be as per MORTH specification Note2: - (i) Laying shall be done by means of self-propelled mechanical paver, finishing with electronic sensor and hydraulic controls with suitable speed and capable of laying, spreading, tamping and finishing. (ii) Mix shall be obtained from computerized hot mix plant and spreading shall be done by using mechanical paver only) (iii) The mix shall be designed by job mix formula and approved by GE. (iv) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportation etc for job mix formula and Independent testing during execution of work shall be inclusive in the unit rate quoted and no extra payment shall be made on this account.

M & L for laying for moorum / Red bajri filling in floors or paving, laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including consolidated to required gradient and camber by using hand roller of required capacity etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Cat Eyes as (Road Stud) two way reflective type of aluminium alloy body of size 110mmx120mmx24mm and weight of 435 gms in Red, Amber or white in colour fixed with and including all necessary items as per manufacutres instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Make - Dark eye (Model No DA 972) or equivalent of 3M/Sun Eyes)

S&F in repair road Solar delineator made of 50 mm round MS pipe 80 to 100 cm high above ground level with high four quality LED flashing light of red or yellow in colors with operating time of 3-4 consecutive days (with full charge) as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified & directed. Make: Dark Eye/Sun Eyes/3M/Alcolite/Solar. Note:- "Quoted rate shall be inclusive for earth work excavation in post holes of size 200x200x200 mm in any type of soil, includiing removing of surplus soil and filling the hole with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Retro reflective overhead informatory road sign boards made up of 2mm thick aluminium sheet , face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting confirming to type-III of ASTM-D 4956-01as approved by Engineer in charge letters,borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour background and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D - 4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts and nuts @ 300mm centreb to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat . The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners,lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and eracting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.( Structural frame work including M.S plate to be provided seperately rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment.)

Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground level floors and paving exc15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggraegate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerb stones,PCC block of delinators complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of plastic emulsion paint to new concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth on concrete surface over a coat of priming paints of plaster coat complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old laid bedded and pointed in any mortor stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80 mm thickness Machine pressed rubber moulded stone precast concrete IS 15658 2006 of M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation and levelling in layers n exc 30mm thick complete all as specified and directed.
