Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil n. exc 1.5 Mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 Mtr in depth for laying of cables and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning below and around cable in trenches with river sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing burnt brick sub class 'B' for cable protection laid adjacent to each other perpendicular to the direction of cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for cement concreate 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc. including necessary form work and finishing the surface with cement mortar 1:4, 5mm thick finished to the portion of PCC muffs above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregrate in foundations of poles & stay etc., filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying LT UG XLPE insulated 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable multi stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel strip wire or tape and connecting up to the electrical system with suitable size of aluminium lugs of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying LT UG XLPE insulated 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable, multi stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel strip wire or tape and connecting up to the electrical system with suitable size of aluminium lugs of size 95 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & install steel tubular swan neck swaged poles 9 mtrs long type 410 SP 31 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws complete including two coats of Aluminium painting over a coat of red oxide primer on external exposed surface and two coat of black bituminous paint throughout internally and externally upto planting depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 120 Watt LED street light with perssure die cast aluminium housing & toughened glass with IP 66 degree protection, individual LED's must have peanut lenses for better throw across & along the road with luminane efficacy of greater than 100 Lumen/ watt (Minimum lumen output of luminarie should be 15000 Lumens) color rendering (CRI) of >75 and co-related color temperature (CCT) of 5700K (+500K). The luinarie should have 5 KV surge protection. PF> 0.95 and total harmonic distortion of THD<10%, voltage range of 140-280 V should be provided. Lumnarie should have top maintainable driver compartment for easy acccess to driver during maintenance. The driver used must be a constant current driver with efficiency of >85%. The manufactures LOGO must be embossed/Engraved in the housing of the luminarie. Manufactures to provide LM80 from source manufacturer and should have adequate testing facilities approved by ministry of science (Govt of India) to provide LM79 report complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 55/IP 65 with metric knockout for cable entry with terminal of size 333x 233x 120 mm on pole with MS clamps, nut bolts, washers and glands suitabel for 16 Sqmm 04 Core cable and all as specified and directed. Make : Sinxtex Cat No GSJB 3020 or equivalant in Neplune.

Supply and fixing 02 core 4 Sqmm PVC insulatted PVC sheathed weather proof multistranded aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in GI conduit, pole etc. with MS clamps from junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 80 mm dia GI pipe light grade with necessary fittings in floor /piller/fixed on pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade with necessary fittings in floor /piller/fixed on pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for earthing with Galvanised Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using GI wire 4mm as earthing lead (upto the body of the equipment) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade 40mm dia GI pipe connected up to main DB/LT Panel /Test point and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel , wire mesh , RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 1991(Part-I) complete all as specified and as directed.
