Supply and ererction in vertical position Steel tublar swaged poles erected truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6 mm thick cast iron base plate, welded to pole, B-118 finial taper cap,bolts,nuts & screws, poles made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS 2713 Part-II. Type 410-SP-55 (11 m long) including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms, painting the exposed surfacs of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of two coats of zinc chrome primer and two coats of black bitumenous paint internally & portion embedded in concrete, making five black & white bands at lower portion of pole each 300 mm wide alternatley, and marking pole No. with black paint at suitable height, incl taking down the unservicable poles from the circuit system, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation and earth work, PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid for separetely.

Supply and Fix cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation and testing Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp,11000 Volts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of earthing with Copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 M below ground level connected to Copper strip 20 x 3mm thick for earthing lead fixed by means of nuts,bolt,washers etc connected to earth test point complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR-2009 part 1, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, comman salt, charcoal dust, 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection to earth lead, GI water pipe 20mm dia with funnel &wire mesh, PCC pit with CI cover and frame etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - (i) All the joints shall be made with welding to get proper conductivity. (ii) On testing after completion of earthing, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk & cost to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing Aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size on steel poles as overhead conductor as required including binding properly on insulator, jumpering including taking down the unserviceable conductor from the existing system, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for end joint heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95-120 sqmm complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, commissioning and testing in replacement XLPE insulated screended PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power (Heay duty) with aluminium condutor 11000 volts (E) grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core cable in trenches, jointing with proper lugs, cable gland including taking down old unsv cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply laying, commissioning and testing in replacement XLPE insulated screended PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power (Heay duty) with aluminum condutor 1100 volts (E) grade cross sectional area 400 sqmm 3.5 core cable in trenches, jointing with proper lugs, cable gland including taking down old unsv cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply laying, commissioning and testing in replacement XLPE insulated screended PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power (Heay duty) with aluminum condutor 1100 volts (E) grade cross sectional area 185 sqmm 3.5 core cable in trenches, jointing with proper lugs, cable gland including taking down old unsv cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, trenches for laying of cable etc. and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F double walled corrugated (DWC) pipe of size 120x103 mm including snap fit coupler conforming to IS:14930 (Pt-II)/IS-16205 Pt-II for protection of HT/LT cable 95/400/185 sq.mm in under ground complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 11KV air break gang opereted switch triple pole mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level vertical type for current rating 400 amps with drop out fuse assembly complete twelve insulator type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down the unserviceable Aluminium Conductor from the OH structure. Supply and lay aerial bunched cable 11 KV grade stranded and compact aluminium phase conductor of size 3x120 sqmm + 1x70 sqmm (bare messenger) with aluminium alloy. The phase conductor shall be insulated with XLPE (Sioplas) compound aluminium as per IS-14225-1995 including all fittings such as anchor clamp, suspension clamp, inline connector, service clamp, insulation piercing connectors, for taps bare line etc (if any attachment required for fixing/ hanging arrangement of ABC cable is deemed to be inclusive) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles complete including necessary form work, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
