Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including any pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall/ ceiling boards(fibre pulp insulation etc.) or insulations boards /slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets of any description including all snap grids and hanging arrangements complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, suitable for 75 / 110 mm Internal dia of pipe complete, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site.

Dismantling of wrought or mild steel work of any description such as in ladder work, bracing/supporting angle iron, roof top MS sheets, railings etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc.including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. including removal of rubbish material away from site, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.70 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/ wall clading fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet as per IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.70 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in ridge/ valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.
