Laying and jointing of 6" dia MS/GI pipe where Electric power source is not available ( welding of pipeline using DG set) includings loading, Unloading, transportation and placement, welding of pipes & cutting and fitting of Packing (if jointing by Nut-bolt). * Gas and welding electrodes and MS nut & bolt will be supplied by contractor. *Power Source (Vehicle mounted DG set with diesel )will be provided by contractor.

Bend making of different sizes Making of Bends *Gas and welding machine and welding electrodes to be supplied by contractor.

Welding of flange in 4" dia pipe, Flange welding works/ complete jointing work after necessary cutting with Gas and welding works. *Gas and welding machine and welding electrodes to be supplied by contractor.

Welding of flange in 6" dia pipe, Flange welding works/ complete jointing work after necessary cutting with Gas and welding works. *Gas and welding machine and welding electrodes to be supplied by contractor.

Dismantling/Rearrangement of 6" Pipeline includings shifting from site to loading point, loading, unloading transportation and placement/placement as per indtructions of Engineer I/c. *Gas will be supplied by contractor *Vehicle will be provided by department

Dismantling & shifting of pump motor set from bed plates including foot valves, bends, short pieces, non return valves, sluice valves, jetting hoses, suction & delivery pipe etc. * Gas and welding electrodes will be supplied by contractor. *Vehicle and Crane for loading, unloading & shifting will be provided by department.

Shifting of starter panels, cables, lighting panel including handling from store/ workshop to site, manually loading & unloading works, end preparation, fitting of lugs, cable connection at pole, starter, motor ends including earth clamp & cable glands etc.

Installation of pump motor set on bed plates including foot valves, bends, short pieces, non return valves, sluice valves, jetting hoses, suction & delivery pipe etc.

Providing , Installation, testing and commissioning of Non return valve confirming to IS 5312 complete with rubber gasket, GI bolts, nuts, wsher etc. complete as required 100 mm dia

Providing , Installation, testing and commissioning of Non return valve confirming to IS 5312 complete with rubber gasket, GI bolts, nuts, wsher etc. complete as required 150 mm dia

Providing , Installation, testing and commissioning of Foot valve complete with rubber gasket, GI bolts, nuts, wsher etc. complete as required 150 mm dia

Providing , Installation, testing and commissioning of Foot valve complete with rubber gasket, GI bolts, nuts, wsher etc. complete as required 200 mm dia

Providing and fixing of C.I. sluice valve with cap complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) 150 mm dia Class II
