Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth up to a lead of 20 mtr. With in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer- in- charge.
Excavation in foundations , trenches etc., in earth work , lift up to 1.50 metres. Stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm. (fifteen centimetres) layers , when required in to plinth and sides of foundations etc., conslolidating each of the disposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing off all excavated soil as directed with in the load of 20 mtrs. Pick and Jumper work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement: 4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimeter nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth with in all leads & lifts as per direction of Engineer - in charge.
Providing andf laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement :5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) with 15% plum concrete and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining walls/breast walls,the size of plums shall usually be 150 mm to 300 mm as per H.P.P.W.D Specification.
Providing from work steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooded battens & ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads aand lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Laying, butt welding and testing of ISI marked steel tubes plain ended in trenches of following dia as per IS 1239-2001, including jointing the pipes with butt welding at both the ends according to relevant BIS standards/approved specifications including manufacturing reducers/tapers, all short pices and bends as per site requirement and made from parent tubes ( to be measurer and paid alongwith pipes. Replacing, commissioning & testing of spindle, horizontal/Redial split casing/end suction (Back full out arrangement) Single/ double/ Multistage centrifugal pump in series/ perrel of recommended make such as of standard make such as D-35 WASP confirming to BIS 1520-1980 (latest with upto date ammendments) read with BIS 9137-1978 or latest edition for suitable for lifting water for under mentioned characterstics with crompton impeller, proming fummels casing ring and shaft sleves of bronze shaft of suitable casing couple directly through a flexible cast steel/ base plate (base plate to be from the manufacturer of the flexible coupling on a comman cage screen protected drip proof induction motor/ motor of standard make such as Kirlokar/ BEHL/ NGEF/Crompton/ Siemen/Jyoti of 2900 RPM and suitable for operation on 400 (+/-) 5% volt 50 cycles/ at least +10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pumps in the operation range of (+)10 and (-) 25% of the duty point head. Complete automation, design and fabrication of pannel with 30% extra space for any futur addition of technology, autimatic control with all logic to meet the protections such as single phase preventor dryrun protection auto phase corrector (in case of phase reversal), under and over voltage protection. Tha panel should have all type of digital metering such as phase indicator, hour meter, volt meter, ampere meter, kwh, frequency meter, water tank level along with user interface of single user interface of (preferably 8" colour touch screen or equivalent). The panel should have MCCB of appropriate caapacity (Make: L&T, Havels, Seimens, Schneider, etc.) embedded electronic controller with following function. 1. Enable user to program start/ Stop pump as per timing with soft/ VFD starter programmed in PLC. 2. Autometic program should work in two modes. Viz~ mannual mode autometic mode. Manually mode allows the pump to start/ stop independentaly. Automatic mode allows complete automatic functioning as per PLC commands with level control of supply tank.
